Entire private top floor of my home with shared entrance downstairs. Private. 800 sq ft of bright space in the most desirable central part of Nashville. Walk to trendy Hillsboro Village/Belmont/Vandy and dozens of restaurants and coffee shops. 10-minute Lyft/Uber to Lower Broadway. Comfortable memory foam bed. Non-smokers only. No pets. Very quiet street but still in the heart of town. Plenty of on-street parking. And now Jashan, an Indian restaurant, has opened around the corner on my block.
