È stato tutto perfetto, sia la loro disponibilità che l’alloggio. Torneremo sicuramente. Attenzione però ad uscire dalla metro alla sortie ESPLANADE perché altrimenti dovete fare un sacco di strada in più per nulla. Consigliatissimo e super comodo per Parigi o Disneyland

Die Unterkunft war wirklich top! Die RER Station liegt direkt daneben, sodass die Innenstadt in 20 Minuten erreichbar ist. Sehr ruhige Lage da die Wohnung zum Innenhof zeigt. Alles war wie beschrieben, auch der super nette Kontakt zum Besitzer war makellos. Wir können diese Airbnb jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder!

The studio apartment was perfect ! Very safe and secure with 2 separate doors needing key pad entry and finally your main door to the apartment with shot bolt system I loved the big open windows in the room that created sunlight and fresh air within the apartment ..The bed was comfortable and the apartment is situated on a quiet road The area has a great ambiance with a good variety of restaurants within walking distance The main CDG airport to RER port royal station was a 12 min walk away. Plus other close metro lines minutes away to the local attractions

The appartment was great: very cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It’s super well connected, with easy access to both the RER and the metro, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The neighborhood is quiet but has everything nearby. Communication with Xavier was easy and smooth from the beginning. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

An expansive flat in District 2, the apartment was just what the doctor ordered, it was very well equipped spacious and very comfortable. in addition everything was spotless and we felt very comfortable being in someone else's home.

This was the perfect spot from which to explore Paris. It’s relatively easy walking distance from so many attractions and a quick walk to the Métro station for further sites. The space is beautifully maintained and exceptionally comfortable. Cécile was a wonderful host - proactively thinking of our every need and checking in to be sure we were ok. She even reached out to make sure we were aware of a coming thunderstorm while we were out sightseeing to be sure we could get to shelter in time! It’s really hard to put into words how lovely this experience was and how perfect this location is. The combination of a beautiful, impeccable apartment with the care and support of such a thoughtful host is a rare find indeed! Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful and thoughtfully designed apartment that’s centrally located. The views are simply incredible!! It’s rare to find a place in Paris with both views of sacré cœur basilica and the Eiffel Tower. Louis is a really kind and understanding host; he waited for me when I got in a bit late, and also allowed me to check out a little later. He also welcomed me with wine and bottled water! Overall, this was a wonderful stay and I hope to be back! :)

Valérie é muito gentil, encontramos em sua casa um espaço aconchegante, muito agradável. Cama confortável, chuveiro bom, cozinha com todos os itens necessários para uma estadia de 4 dias. O local é perto do metrô que nos leva em meia hora ao centro de Paris. A varanda é um plus, onde podemos ter uma bela vista do por do sol, e beber um vinho ao cair da noite. Existe um carrefour embaixo, e restaurantes que vendem a comida ja pronta. Eu gostei muito. Obrigada.

My partner and I stayed at Gio’s place for a week with a friend and found the apartment very suitable for three adults. We had everything that we needed. The location was great. Gio was very welcoming with excellent communication throughout our stay.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

a lovely little apartment in a quiet neighborhood. An easy metro ride away from the main sites of Paris. Very private. We loved the amenities. It was really well thought out with everything we needed. Very flexible check in and check out times which was incredible! The bed was quite small.

Mon séjour d'une semaine s'est très bien passé. Hôte réactif aux messages. Les instructions sont très claires pour une arrivée en tout autonomie dans ce logement qui est dans un immeuble ancien. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. C'est propre, il y a assez d'espace pour cuisiner (plaque, four et micro-onde en plus de la machine a café 'l'or'). Sur la SDB, rien à dire (système wc broyeur mais chasse d'eau normale, douche, lavabo clean). La chambre, côté cour, est petite mais c'est cocooning (matelas plutôt ferme, oreillers assez épais et d'autres oreillers plus plats et couette dans l'armoire). Espace vie : TV / canap/ livres. C'est assez calme et paisible. Odeur de propre en rentrant, ça met de bonne humeur je trouve. J'ai apprecié y séjourner ces quelques jours. A 5 min à pied d'un supermarché et à 10 min à pied, sans se presser, du M13 Gennevilliers, niquel ! Que demander de plus, l'essentiel est là .... Si l'occasion se représente je reviendrai.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

La péniche est superbe, les chambres sont très confortables. Parfait pour un groupe de 10. Merci pour l’accueil.

C’è da premettere che noi eravamo a Parigi per il Salone Aeronautico di Le Bourget, per questo la posizione era perfetta. Se il nostro intento fosse stato visitare la città ovviamente l’alloggio sarebbe stato un po’ fuori mano. Detto ciò, la casa è super spaziosa: è una villa di tre piani con giardino e quindi perfetta per grandi gruppi. Noi eravamo in 7 e siamo stati molto larghi, sicuramente senza la claustrofobia che trasmettono altri alloggi su questa piattaforma. Non c’è aria condizionata ma tutti i piani eccetto la mansarda erano comunque molto freschi (perlomeno a fine giugno). Infine, nonostante non l’abbiamo mai incontrato dal vivo, Hamza è stato molto presente con i messaggi e ha risposto sempre velocemente a tutte le nostre domande.

Un accueil de qualité de la part de Ben. Hôte réactif et très arrangeant et d’une grande gentillesse avec toute sa famille . Il est disponible à tout moment. Le logement était impeccable, très grand, bien agencé et TRÈS propre. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin qui est un grand plus. Je recommande à 100%. Nous reviendrons

Superbe logement à villetaneuse. Nous y avons logé plusieurs semaines. Très calme, reposant. Bien équipé avec une décoration de très bon goût ! On recommande vivement !

We hebben een nachtje bij Yoann en Fanta geslapen op terugreis naar huis toe. Het contact verliep prettig en gemakkelijk. De ruimte was zoals verwacht en zeer netjes. Het is een klein, maar fijn gelijkvloers verblijf met een riante tuin en buitenruimte. Zouden er gerust nog een keer verblijven!
