In my penthouse, you will find a cozy fireplace, a medium-grand Steinway piano, a charming rooftop and a skylight-lit attic room with a PS5 and a huge TV. You can also expect a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for hosting your friends with designer glassware. If you need to work from home, the flat provides an excellent fiber network.

The flat remains perfectly silent nonetheless. Near by, you'll find the Buttes Chaumont, the Canal Saint Martin and the Parc la Villette to relax a bit. Towards the centre, the Marais.
