Kid-friendly holiday rentals in 15th arrondissement

Christophe's hospitality exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, thoughtful and showed genuine care and attention to everything that he knew would make my stay pleasant. As a solo traveller, he made me feel like I was family without being intrusive. The accommodation was exactly as described, a self contained unit close enough not to feel too isolated and separated enough to maintain your own space. The neighbourhood felt safe and had everything (transit, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat) within a 5 minute walk. There is an added bonus, a quick 12 minute walk will take you by the Seine where you will be surrounded by locals walking, jogging and picniking. I highly recommend staying at Christophe if you are looking for an authentic and charming french experience.

It was a very nice clean accommodation with everything you need. The tram stop is right outside the door. In addition, there are several shopping facilities nearby. The communication with the landlady was wonderful

We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the courtyard to enjoy our morning coffee and evening dinners. It’s located close to the Metro and we enjoyed our walks around the neighbourhood. We would absolutely stay again.

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

Charles was an amazing host, he let us check-in earlier than usual and left very clear instructions. The apartment was great, we were four people but even though the apartment is small we were able to move around well. No weird odours and everything was clean. The bed is very comfortable! Amazing! My mom and I stayed for 4 nights. It was my first trip to Europe.. I expected self check-in, but it was a way to deliver the key myself! I arrived late because of the evening schedule, but patricia waited for me, so I was able to check in safely. First of all, this house is so pretty!! Every space is clean and sunny. It's morning and night, and I shouted Wow.. I wanted it to be my home…🥹 Above all, the host patricia is very kind and sweet ~ ~ There was a grocery store (although it closes early..), subway, bus stops, and it was a quiet and peaceful neighborhood! However, I was not comfortable with how to open the door, so I ate some kids at the beginning of the trip, but two and a half! Turn it and turn it one more time in that direction! If you do it, the door opens with a tasty taste.. I can't forget the pride when I learned this. Thanks to you, I used it well in Nice ~ It's just a shame that I didn't enjoy relaxing at the accommodation because I was working hard to pick up the tourist attractions in Paris. It's a place I really want to come back to again. I don't think the rating is high for nothing.. If you're thinking about it, book now!!

My wife and I felt right at home at Toni's gorgeous flat on the river! Walking distance to Eiffel tower, 10-15 minute walk away from some excellent cafes and boulangeries. Beautiful view of the Seine right in front and the Eiffel Tower to the right. Would love to come back again one day!

What an amazing stay! The apartment was absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated with stunning artworks that added so much character to the space. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responded very fast. The location is also fantastic, with so much to explore nearby. We really appreciated the recommendations for local restaurants and bakeries. Highly recommend this place. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

The studio is really functional and well-equipped. In addition, it is located in a very lively neighborhood. We had a lovely stay!

We stayed for three days. After touring the city, returning to the apartment was like returning home: comfortable and cozy. It is very well located, close to two subway stops, which made our transfers much easier. Just 20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. The apartment comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay. In addition, there is a Carrefour supermarket just opposite. Aymeric was very kind and attentive at all times. Highly recommended.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Gorgeous home from home in the city of lights. 2nd time staying, and would do it again and again!

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
