Holiday rentals with breakfast in 1st arrondissement

Perfect accommodation for visiting Lyon, about 20 minutes to access it! Very well furnished exterior (deckchairs, swing, outdoor table, parasol) Interior Functional house with basic necessities for cooking left available, it's appreciated and it's becoming rare (salt, pepper, oil... LV tablets, dishwashing liquid...) I highly recommend the accommodation.

Elisabeths house is really wonderful. Lot’s of windows, making it a very pleasant atmosphere. The view is nice and you can easily walk to the old town of Lyon. We really, really enjoyed our stay.

The host is very friendly, helpful and always easily accessible. Homes are clean and well decorated. The breakfast was very tasty, we loved the fresh and warm rolls.

The room at Christelle's allows you to be totally self-contained with bathroom, small fridge and microwave. That's just perfect. The house is super quiet in a small corner of the countryside on the edge of the Rhone. Lyon is quite easy to reach by car as well as by metro. Christelle is very friendly and has a great knowledge of the history of her neighborhood. I would recommend this place 200%

This place is so charming and full of character, from the reading corner to the framed drawings and photographs on the wall. It's a creative and intimate space that's cozy for a weekend indoors. The skylights also let in lots of natural light and brightness, and the automatic shades allow you to sleep in. Pauline is also helpful and responsive. She met us when we arrived and gave us a brief tour, leaving detailed instructions and made herself available if we needed help. She was flexible when our train got significantly delayed, helping us look for options and allowing us to leave our things so that we weren't stranded. I would highly recommend staying here! We had a delightful stay at this lovely apartment, which is in a fantastic location for our time in Lyon. Corrine was exceptionally accommodating with our check-in and check-out times, aligning them with our flight schedule, which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this apartment.

We were very well received by Marion. Her accommodation is very clean, functional, comfortable, carefully decorated and very well equipped. It is located in a quiet, green neighborhood that allows you to reach old Lyon quickly. Check-in and check-out procedures have been simple and flexible. We were delighted with our stay at Marion's and we recommend this place 100%.

We loved the apartment. Cecile was very prompt answering any questions, really kind. The neighborhood is full of live, tons of restaurants and bars, very interesting to walk around. There is a great boulangerie just around the corner for great bread and pastries. Short walk to the metro to explore the city. Renting an e-bike was also fun. Bedroom is totally quiet at night. Highly recommend.

Dominique is one of the best host you can ask for in Airbnb. She is super friendly, helpful and clean. The level of cleanliness in her apartment is equivalent to a hospital! Spotless, no dust and weird smell whatsoever. Dominque is super helpful and would give us detail tour guide every morning! And the breakfast! It’s so delicious and her home made jams are superb! Highly recommend!

Perfect welcome from Gaële who is a very friendly host! Large bedroom with shower room, comfortable bedding, impeccable breakfast. The convention center is easily accessible on foot.

With Frédéric and Stéphane, we experienced incredible hospitality - and enjoyed a five-star breakfast in the garden with birdsong. We were not only spoiled with food, but also provided with valuable tips about the area. Great that we were also allowed to use the refreshing pool. We slept like a baby in the fine linen bedding. Every detail is just right here. The cottage is furnished with a lot of sense of beauty. From the very first moment, you feel like you don't want to leave. Thank you for the unforgettable, relaxing stay.

Hard to make more welcoming than Deborah and Pierre! Very warm welcome, in a nice house, which is really nice when you arrive 700 km from home for a new job and you are a little stressed. Both are really caring, accommodating, and their house is not only impeccable: it has been ergonomically arranged to receive Airbnb:) Result: comfort, cleanliness, privacy, space, pleasant exchanges... everything you like to find when you travel. I will recommend to all my loved ones if they come to see me in the department!
