Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in 1st arrondissement

We had a very good weekend in this accommodation. The people are welcoming and available to the customer if needed. We highly recommend this place whether for its cleanliness, its amenities or its geographical area (located a few minutes from Lyon with public transport 200 meters away).

We had a lovely stay at Axel’s house. The place was super and very clean. Axel was very accommodating and helpful prior to our arrival as well.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

I arrived just in time to meet the host's wife and uncle. They assisted me with getting the key and checking in. The room is small and very cute. Warm and pleasant. The host's little cat lady slept with us all morning. Thanks a lot.

The accommodation is indeed very small but functional and well arranged. It has everything you need for a great stay. The small terrace is a plus. Many restaurants nearby and located in a warm neighborhood. Géraldine is very responsive to messages.

Great stay for a first time in Lyon. The accommodation is well arranged, clean, quiet and the best part is its small garden sheltered from view. Well located, it is close to the tram and metro station taking you in less than 15 minutes to Place Bellecour and all the points to visit in Lyon. The 8th arrondissement is also worth a visit, with beautiful streets, beautiful shop windows and good restaurants recommended by Adeline, such as the Maison Marguerite Bocuse, 10 minutes' walk away, with a very surprising value for money for a gastro. The visit to the Frères Lumières museum will also take you on a journey with breathtaking architecture. No need for a car to do everything from this accommodation. The flat was very clean and secure. Instructions were well played out in French and in English. The Tuesday morning market is only a 3 minute walk. Neighbors were quiet and the sunset off the back porch was a nice touch. At the end of a long day, it was nice to open the doors and let the breeze pass through. It was also nice to close off the sleeping quarters and run the AC unit. We did buy a fan to sleep with at the Monoprix (an American thing I guess).

A hidden gem in the heart of old Lyon but out of the hustle. studio loft with modern renos and well appointed. In a quaint spot with its own court. Very quiet and comfortable.

Great apartment not too far away from the city centre

Good location. I worried the check in because of few reviews. But Ailin gave me good explanations and it was ok. The apartment was very quiet and clean. All amenities are good.

Quiet, extremely clean and well-connected, the accommodation is ideal if you want to be away from the crowds and tourists from the center. Its bucolic garden is a plus and you will find all the necessary shops for more autonomy. We'll be back with pleasure!

Julien’s place was great. Right from the beginning we had amazing communication and the instructions for checkin were painless. The location is amazing and close to the park with a free zoo and also right next to the tram and metro station. We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location. We would definitely stay here again.

Very good stay with Hélène. The apartment was big enough for 2 people and very bright. Everything is clearly stated and simple. Hélène is very responsive to messages. It was perfect!

PERFECT stay! The accommodation is very beautiful, functional and very clean. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the rooftop given the thunderstorms and rain! Next time I hope because it is very well equipped! Thank you for the warm welcome, I recommend it 100%.

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Great place, very clean, spacious and ideal for a family or group stay. Peaceful neighborhood and located right next to the Rhone:) Marie is very kind and was very accommodating, allowing us to arrive early. Thank you!

Since I couldn't figure out the check-in, Elonie came very quickly and helped me. Once I knew how it worked, it was easy. The apartment is beautiful. A large terrace with a small garden completes the picture. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 bathroom, made the stay easier.

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at Franck’s place. It was clean, comfortable, with a terrace. Lovely. Good location. Franck was super helpful to us. His recommendations were wonderful. The only point I would make is that it was not clear to us that there was only one toilet. There are two shower bathrooms , but only one toilet.
