The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Parking payant à 5 minutes à pied ou places payantes à proximité. ⚠️ Un peu de prévention pour les voyageurs de grande taille , attention à la poutre basse de plafond qui traverse l’appartement. Quelles marches pour accéder à l’appartement. 🧊 Pas de Clim mais un ventilateur ❌ Pas de wifi

100 m2 apartment near Quai St Vincent and Lyon tourist sites (Vieux Lyon, Fourvière, Place des Terreaux, Bellecour, Opéra). It will delight tourists, professionals (trade shows, fairs, conferences and seminars) and athletes. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (without toilet) will provide comfort and privacy to the occupants. 2 separate toilets. This place is not a party place. No noise pollution will be tolerated in the condominium and apartment.

For a short or long stay, you will be in the historic heart of Lyon in this apartment that my wife and I renovated for 6 months until February 2021. It is located on the top floor -with a view - in a typical building, dating from the 19th century, 100 m from Place des Terreaux and Hôtel de Ville de Lyon, less than 200 m from the metro station "Hôtel de Ville" and the main bus lines (C3) , and about 5 minutes from Vieux Lyon on foot.

The apartment is located in a typical alley in the neighborhood: a traboule. Two driveway entrances with the same 151A6 digital code allow you to access it: - 2nd floor of rue Mottet de Gerando - 4th floor of rue Bodin. There is a very friendly and respectful neighborhood life. There may be different reasons to stay in Lyon, but when you choose the Croix-Rousse hill in particular, it's that you like to walk the urban cobblestone!
