Julien’s place is utterly charming, a joy to spend time in. The house is beautifully decorated and the garden an oasis of quiet and tranquility. The location an absolute gem, a rarity in the heart of Paris. Julien was a very attentive and generous host and made us feel very welcome in his home. He responded to our queries promptly and offered very good recommendations for restaurants . He also gave us access to his garage - a fantastic bonus, reducing all the stresses and anxiety associated with trying to park in a large city. Thank you Julien. It was a privilege to have the opportunity to stay in your lovely home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

We had a pleasant family stay,well hosted by Clément ,a place that matched the description pleasant,clean ,safe and quiet.Clement responded quickly to our various requests , real plus it's the parking space the proximity to the shops of the metro. We will be happy to come back and recommend this accommodation. Thank you for everything.

I really enjoyed this accommodation in a bucolic setting, the bathroom is very functional, the living room with the bed is comfortable, no noise and possibility to have breakfast on the terrace surrounded by greenery Coffee, tea, herbal tea available, I did not eat on site at noon and in the evening I recommend

Our whole stay at Madeleine's apartment was exceptional from the very beginning. Our host prepared everything to make our stay easier - first of all, the flexible check-in was a huge help and huge convenience with luggage when traveling with children, all kinds of children's accessories were waiting for us from a baby cot, highchair, bathtub to toys, but… the birthday banner for my daughter melted my motherly heart🫶🏻 The apartment itself is very spacious and atmospheric, it's wonderful that you can feel there as if you really lived in Paris. I regret that we spent so little time there, and most of the time we visited the city. The balcony is lovely! We also used the park right next door - again very great location! As soon as I come to Paris again, I will write to Madeleine immediately!

We immediately felt at home at Lucile's place. It was a clean, lovely flat and offered a relaxed atmosphere. The central courtyard feels very Parisian! We loved exploring the local area (with some great recommendations from Lucile) and it also offered a great base for exploring more of Paris!

Great apartment!!!! On arrival we were 1/2 hour early; Malika's friend contacted us to tell us that we could have access to the apartment! Very clean and very quiet apartment overlooking a park. Comfortable bedroom and sofa. Great kitchen. A great location .

Great apartment for our stay in Paris! 2 minutes away from Alexandre Dumas station which can bring you to most places by metro. Grocery store right across the street and great food options nearby. Wifi worked well for remote work

We had an amazing time at Jean-Cristophes appartment. The place is spacious, clean, very nicely decorated and well equipped. The communication and everything went smooth. We would definitely come here again!

Had an amazing time at Amanda's place! This was our first time staying in and exploring the 11th and it was full of surprises with amazing eateries, wine bars, and cafes. It was so nice to come back to a spacious place in Paris!

Fantine's apartment is amazing, it has an unique charm and soul. Why would you stay at a boring hotel room when you can experience a place where a local lives? Fantine was an amazing host, too. Very good to communicate. She even allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage on our departure day which was really helpful. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough positive things about my Parisian experience. The neighborhood was very friendly and did not have a lot of tourists. Everything I needed was very accessible and within walking with a Metro stop directly in front of the building. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions I had. If you rent this AirBnb be sure to take Fred’s French cooking class! I’m going home with multiple ideas to recreate my experience in my own kitchen. It can’t be beat! This is the only place I will stay from now on whenever I visit Paris!

Christine is the consummate host(ess). We had a medical emergency, and she assisted us throughout our time with her. She met us at the train station, carried our luggage and walked through all the rooms in her apartment. Though she only speaks French, she uses her telephone to translate both written and verbal communications(s). Her apartment is located in the Canal St Martin area, a wonderful part of Paris. The accommodations are more than described-2 balconies, everything you could possibly need and spotlessly clean. This is one of the best AirBnb experiences we have ever had. It seems to me that all of our France AirBnb hosts have been wonderful. Thand you Christine for your kindness and hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place. Small but efficient. Always had my breakfast at home. It was wonderful to have the balcony and the wonderful view of Paris and many landmarks as well. Getting to and from the apartment on foot or using metro was very easy. Vincent was very communicative and welcoming. A friend of his welcomed me on my arrival and showed me around the apartment. I was very comfortable and felt safe. I certainly would return to Vincent’s place when I return to Paris.😁❤️ I felt at home and relaxed. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again soon.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Very good stay in a slightly noisy apartment (but this is often the case in Paris). Only downside: the shower probably needs to be renovated. Very easy communication and spacious accommodation. Close to the metro.

Valerie’s property is absolutely wonderful, and our stay here was fantastic! I loved that it is located in a private area that feels safe and peaceful. When I have previously stayed in Paris, I would hear sirens all night, but it was silent here. The apartment itself is wonderful, well stocked, and the balcony is an amazing touch - we loved to sit out in the morning. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is nice. We got into a bit of a bind at the train station and arrived very late, but Valerie stayed up to meet us and was very gracious. We can’t thank her enough for that! There are several métro stations nearby and it is a short trip to the center of Paris. Overall, I would strongly recommend, and would definitely stay here again!

Florence was an excellent communicator. Every question was answered immediately. The apartment was spacious, bright, with a great balcony for drinks or dinner. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bedroom was comfortable. The huge TV was enjoyable. We will return to Florence on our next visit to Paris.

The area is very calm and beautiful and super practical with the public transport. The apartment was cozy, very clean and comfortable. Best of all, Brigitte was very kind and polite. We felt like home! Definitely we would come back and stay in the apartment. Thanks for everything Brigitte!
