Our barge is perfectly located beetween the new neighborhood of « la confluence » and the historic center of the city «  le vieux Lyon «  15mn walking. You will enjoy your private deck with outdoor furniture. The studio 20 m² has been completly renovate to upgrade your confort ; there is a bathroom with shower, usefull kitchen and large bedroom to give you a perfect relaxing time in the wild, very close to the center.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Local shops (butcher, baker, pharmacy, ATM, LIDL) within a radius of 150 m. Due to its size and layout, the apartment is ideal for 2 people but a maximum of 4 people can be accommodated there. Place Bellecour

Situé à même la Place Bellecour ou de nombreuses festivités ont lieu, vous trouverez cet appartement coquet de 47m2 dans un immeuble, de haut standing très sécurisé, plein de charme. Il est très calme et reposant. Au 3ème étage avec ascenseur, il est composé d'un joli séjour lumineux, d'une cuisine toute équipée, un coin bureau. Une terrasse de 6m2 vient embellir celui-ci. Une chambre avec sa salle de bain (WC séparé) viendront compléter ce bel appartement.

The countryside in the city. Only 10 minutes' walk from the Hotel de Ville, perched on the heights of Vieux-Lyon, our house is a jewel of greenery in the city. A rare and pleasant setting. The apartment consists of living room / kitchen, bedroom and shower room. It has beautiful views of Croix-Rousse Hill. 1 free parking space available free of charge. But be careful, the most direct access to the city is only via the stairs in St Paul (see photo).

In the heart of old Lyon, the rise of the Gourguillon which is located between the rue du Boeuf gathering the best Lyon bouchons and 3 starred restaurants and the district of L'antiquaille with the villa Maia of the chef Têtedoie, the basilica Fourvière and the antique theater, superb equipped apartment. You will also be a 5-minute walk from the metro, Place Bellecour, the peninsula, the Hôtel Dieu and its lounge bars, the Celestins theater...

It is located on the top floor -with a view - in a typical building, dating from the 19th century, 100 m from Place des Terreaux and Hôtel de Ville de Lyon, less than 200 m from the metro station "Hôtel de Ville" and the main bus lines (C3) , and about 5 minutes from Vieux Lyon on foot.
