Also great to chill out on the balcony (which opens or closes with curtain glasses) to wonder gazing at one of Paris' most amazing view. 2 shared bike passes are provided to help you get the most of your trip. The area is great, full of cafés and restaurants and close to everything. The building is equipped with a swimming pool a sauna and a solarium (closed on Mondays).

On site, you can access a beautiful Parc de la Martinière, or stroll along the Bièvre in the middle of nature, between fields and Montéclin forest where there is a pony club and tree climbing!

500 meters from the direct metro line to the historic center of PARIS, Louvre, Opera, 10 minutes from PARIS by metro, in the heart of a garden and out of sight, charming renovated old house architect, overlooking a terrace and a private pool of 5x3. The dependency is at the end of our house in which we live. Quiet and pavilion area. Shops nearby. Parties not allowed. I only rent to people who have already rented on Airbnb with positive reviews.

Welcome to our 120 m2 house, located in Montreuil (the Brooklyn de Paris) 15-20 min from the center of Paris by metro (direct line 9). We live in it year-round but when it's possible we offer it for rent. It's ideal for a family of 4, or two couples. Completely renovated in 2022, it is a little slice of heaven with a pool in the city center. We do not have parking but it is possible to park on the street.
