Villa holiday rentals in 7th arrondissement

We had very nice days at the property. The outdoor area is incredible with the view and the green garden. Everything necessary is also available inside, we lacked nothing. We would come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The house was exactly as described — clean, cozy, with air conditioning in every room and a lovely terrace. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, so we were both able to work remotely without any issues. Romain is a great host — kind and responsive — and the check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. One thing to note is that the streets in the neighborhood are quite narrow, so it’s worth keeping in mind if you're arriving with a large car. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return!

Beautiful apartment with great sea view terrace and good amenities. We came by train from Marseille and then it was not far to the apartment. The access was well described and easy to find. The apartment is beautifully equipped - especially the ground floor and the terrace are very cozy. The bedroom under the roof is also nice, but must always be cooled (which the air conditioning also did well). The basement bedroom has a narrow bed, but our daughter thought it was fine. We liked to use the SUPs and parasols available in the apartment - great extra! There are good but not very many restaurants in the village. The restaurant next to the apartment has just reopened, so we didn't notice any noise (as can be read in other reviews). A must if you are in Niolon: Cote Bleue Pass and then drive along the coast. Isabelle has recommendations for this in the apartment. We will be happy to come back!

An ideal villa for a weekend in Marseille. we loved the pool. The proximity of the metro makes the place absolutely perfect for getaways. near the Velodrome Stadium. Big recommendation!

Very nice house with a splendid view and very convenient to live in. Ideal for a family reunion with little ones . Very nice volumes allowing as much to isolate oneself as to share moments in common.

Valerie’s airbnb was so amazing and cute for our group of 7 friends exploring south of France, the place felt like home and was so cozy, the pool was so nice to dunk in especially in the hot France summer, can’t express how cute and aesthetic this place was, highly recommend for anyone to stay here!

Excellent stay at Slim's, the accommodation is large and functional, there were apricots in the garden, the beach is close by and the old port too thanks to the river shuttle. Slim is very happy and extremely responsive.

Helena was a very gracious host and always available for our questions . The place was exactly what we were hoping for. I would highly recommend it.

Our group was three couples and we had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and modern with everything we needed. It was a short walk down into the town centre of Cassis with its great restaurants and markets. Nicolas was very responsive and helpful if we had any queries. The views were spectacular and it was a peaceful relaxing stay. We didn't hire a car but walked to the Casino bus stop and took the shuttle bus to the train which was simple. This bus also takes you to the Padel sports centre. We would highly recommend it as a location to visit Cassis and the surrounding areas.

We had a great stay in Roger and his wife's studios. The location is ideal, the pool and garden are idyllic for resting in the city! Thank you very much for your welcome and your attentions on these two days, Roger is always present and even exceeds our expectations by remaining completely discreet and delicate during our stay.

Lovely place with an amazing fully stocked kitchen and a terrace for every angle of the sun. Our group had a fantastic time, and the top terrace's views are unrivalled. Please note it is quite a walk into cassis town down some pretty steep hills, but we used the local bus service which was cheap and regular.

Team seminar (15 people) that went wonderfully in Fanny's cottage, very accommodating and welcoming. The house is very nice, clean and well-equipped, with all possible activities (swimming pool, tennis, ping pong, petanque, hiking, etc.). We'd love to go back.

Beautifully done house with a feel of an oasis.

Béatrice’s home is an oasis of refinement nestled within the vibrant pulse of the city - an experience equivalent to the highest-tier hotels in terms of comfort, design, and in walking proximity to most top restaurants and beaches. I write this from the Four Seasons in Tunis, and the standard of interior quality is on par. The kitchen is meticulously appointed, designed for those who appreciate living well. Beds are flawless, with comfortable linens, perfect firmness, ample towels, and bathroom accoutrements. The air conditioning is efficient and whisper-quiet, a rare but appreciated detail in Europe. Living spaces are bright, contemporary, ample, and thoughtfully furnished. We arrived in a larger rented crossover and were able to park it securely in the yard, protected from the traffic on the narrow streets. Above all, Béatrice is the quintessential host: gracious, responsive, and deeply attuned needs of discerning travelers. Hers is a place to live well. Thank you, Béatrice!

Excellent stay in Samuel's dream house on the occasion of an EVJF! Perfect for a weekend with friends, at the foot of the creeks, roof terrace with magnificent view and close to the sea and the Pointe Rouge for outings. Amenities in the immediate vicinity by car (3 min). Thanks to Samuel for this pleasant moment between girls!

Super nice house in a superb location! The pool is not large but lovely to cool off. We enjoyed it. The terrace offers a beautiful view on both sides, the sea on one side and the Calanques on the other. The house has 2 bathrooms. We traveled with two adolescents so ideal😉. The welcome was warm, a delicious bottle of Rosé was ready for us. The communication with Aurélie and Julien went very well. We have enjoyed their lovely house and the beautiful surroundings!

This house deserves 6 stars! It was more beautiful and spacious than the photos even conveyed. The pool and the view are perfect. The kitchen was immaculate and very well stocked with everything we needed to cook at the house. The outdoor kitchen and dining space was gorgeous and we enjoyed grilling fish one night there. The walk to the grocery store is short and easy and the walk down the hill to the town is not bad at all. Pascal (the caretaker) gave us plenty of space, but he was very responsive when we needed anything, and it was nice to know he was around. The laundry room was lovely and we appreciated having indoor and outdoor clothes lines. Theses hosts seriously thought of everything. We never wanted to leave. Thank you! We hope to come back some day!

Second stay in this beautiful home and we are as happy as the first time. The house is large and well-equipped, shops available on foot and bus that takes you to the old port. Very responsive, attentive and caring host. I recommend it without hesitating.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Agathe’s home. The home was more beautiful in person than in the pictures. There is a lot of room for each guest to have their privacy, and large gathering spots for time together. Our children especially loved the pool and the children’s books. Anthone met us at the house to walk through instructions (pool, trash/rubbish, AC controls, locking up, etc.). The home was close to a patisserie, fruit and vegetable store, and wine merchant shop. It was close to main bus routes; although travel to the Old Port via public transportation can take up to an hour. Marseille Stadium is just 2.7km. We felt safe in this gated community. With the heat and traffic chaos due to the Olympic Games, we spent quite a bit more time at the house than we initially anticipated because it was such a peaceful and relaxing spot. The only negative thing is there are a lot of bugs, especially mosquitoes, which I assume is normal in Marseille in the summer.

A great beautiful house with a beautiful large garden. Everything super neatly maintained. In the front space to park the car within the walled garden, with a lovely swimming pool and very nicely landscaped with two seats with umbrellas. Nice fish pond and beautiful plants. At the back plenty of space to eat outside with an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and even a pizza oven. Also with nice seats to relax in the sun or shade. Furthermore, a part of the garden with a large jeu de boule court all in the shade. From the house you can walk to the beach or boulevard in 10-15 minutes. Also in 10-15 minutes in the center of Marseille. Ideal.
