Villa holiday rentals in 7th arrondissement

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in der Unterkunft. Der Außenbereich ist unglaublich mit dem Ausblick und dem grünen Garten. Auch drinnen ist alles nötige vorhanden, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The house was exactly as described — clean, cozy, with air conditioning in every room and a lovely terrace. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, so we were both able to work remotely without any issues. Romain is a great host — kind and responsive — and the check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. One thing to note is that the streets in the neighborhood are quite narrow, so it’s worth keeping in mind if you're arriving with a large car. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return!

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Meerblickterasse und guter Ausstattung. Wir kamen mit dem Zug von Marseille und hatten es dann nicht weit zu der Wohnung. Der Zugang war gut beschrieben und leicht zu finden. Die Wohnung ist schön ausgestattet - vor allem das Erdgeschoss und die Terasse sind sehr gemütlich. Das Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach ist auch schön, muss aber immer gekühlt werden (was die Klimaanlage auch bestens hinbekommen hat). Das Souterrain Schlafzimmer hat ein schmales Bett, unsere Tochter fand's aber ganz in Ordnung. Wir haben gerne die in der Wohnung vorhandenen SUPs und Sonnenschirme benutzt - tolles Extra! Im Ort gibt's gute aber nicht sehr viele Restaurants. Das Restaurant neben der Wohnung hat grade erst neu eröffnet, deswegen haben wir da keinen Lärm mitbekommen (wie in anderen Bewertungen zu lesen ist). Ein Muss wenn man in Niolon ist: Cote Bleue Pass und dann die Küste lang fahren. Isabelle hat Empfehlungen dazu in der Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Séminaire d'équipe (15 personnes) qui s'est déroulé à merveille dans le gite de Fanny, très arrangeante et accueillante. La maison est très agréable, propre et bien équipée, avec toutes les activités possible (piscine, tennis, ping pong, pétanque, randonnées, etc.). On y reviendra avec plaisir.

Une villa idéale pour un weekend à Marseille. nous avons adoré la piscine. La proximité du métro rends l'endroit absolument parfait pour les escapades. à proximité du Stade Velodrome. Grosse recommandation !

Très agréable maison avec une vue splendide et très pratique à vivre. Idéale pour une réunion de famille avec des petits . Très beaux volumes permettant autant de s’isoler que de partager des moments en commun.

Valerie’s airbnb was so amazing and cute for our group of 7 friends exploring south of France, the place felt like home and was so cozy, the pool was so nice to dunk in especially in the hot France summer, can’t express how cute and aesthetic this place was, highly recommend for anyone to stay here!

Merci à Romain, Mes collègues et moi avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Romain. Le logement correspond parfaitement à l’annonce, situé dans un coin calme avec une très belle vue sur Marseille. À seulement 15 minutes en voiture du centre, c’est l’endroit idéal pour profiter de la ville tout en étant au calme. La petite piscine est un vrai plus, et Romain a été très réactif tout au long du séjour. Merci encore !

Helena a était une hôte très aimable et toujours disponible pour nos questions . Le logement était exactement ce qu’on espérait. Je recommande fortement.

Our group was three couples and we had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and modern with everything we needed. It was a short walk down into the town centre of Cassis with its great restaurants and markets. Nicolas was very responsive and helpful if we had any queries. The views were spectacular and it was a peaceful relaxing stay. We didn't hire a car but walked to the Casino bus stop and took the shuttle bus to the train which was simple. This bus also takes you to the Padel sports centre. We would highly recommend it as a location to visit Cassis and the surrounding areas.

Lovely place with an amazing fully stocked kitchen and a terrace for every angle of the sun. Our group had a fantastic time, and the top terrace's views are unrivalled. Please note it is quite a walk into cassis town down some pretty steep hills, but we used the local bus service which was cheap and regular.

Frédérique est une hôte à l’écoute et attentive au bien être de ses occupants. Le lieu correspond fidèlement à la description et nous avons profité de ce lieu idyllique sans aucune réserve. Je recommande chaleureusement.

Deze villa is gewoon prachtig: een oase van rust en toch dichtbij alles wat Cassis te bieden heeft. Viriginie is een uitstekende host, welke altijd bereikbaar is: incheck tijd is flexibel, de response tijd op vragen is onmiddellijk en zelf de uitcheck tijd was voor ons flexibel waarvoor grote dank Virginie. Deze villa zou ik ten zeerste aanraden: alles is er voorhanden, en is perfect voor een relaxte vakantie in Cassis. Ook voor een luie dag is de villa perfect om aan het zwembad of in de tuinen van de villa tot rust te komen. Sterk aanbevolen

Super maison à coté d'un métro avec accès direct depuis st Charles, communication facile avec Margot ! Je conseille !

Très belle maison, bien équipée, très spacieuse (intérieur mais surtout extérieur) avec une belle grande piscine pour s’amuser comme il se doit (profondeur progressive, pour un maximum d’environ 1m80 je dirai). Il y a de la place pour garer 3 à 4 véhicules types citadines ou familiale. Le seul point noir concerne le chemin d’accès. En effet, il y a environ 500 mètres de chemin très étroit ( un peu plus de 2 mètres) à double sens de circulation, avec un mur de chaque côté sur une partie du chemin. Un véhicule type citadine y passe sans souci en faisant attention, cependant si vous avez un gros véhicule type familiale 7 places ou dans mon cas, un Mercedes Vito de 9 places, cela devient vite compliqué pour manœuvrer. Donc faites attention à la taille du véhicule que vous prendrez pour voyager. Je recommande ce bien.

Béatrice’s home is an oasis of refinement nestled within the vibrant pulse of the city - an experience equivalent to the highest-tier hotels in terms of comfort, design, and in walking proximity to most top restaurants and beaches. I write this from the Four Seasons in Tunis, and the standard of interior quality is on par. The kitchen is meticulously appointed, designed for those who appreciate living well. Beds are flawless, with comfortable linens, perfect firmness, ample towels, and bathroom accoutrements. The air conditioning is efficient and whisper-quiet, a rare but appreciated detail in Europe. Living spaces are bright, contemporary, ample, and thoughtfully furnished. We arrived in a larger rented crossover and were able to park it securely in the yard, protected from the traffic on the narrow streets. Above all, Béatrice is the quintessential host: gracious, responsive, and deeply attuned needs of discerning travelers. Hers is a place to live well. Thank you, Béatrice!

Sophie was really easy to contact throughout the process. I was a little nervous having read about various scams happening in the world of property rental, and was greatly relieved that the property was just like the pictures! The pool is fairly small, but the kids loved it, and the location is near a bakery and not far from the beach. We didn't have a car and were six of us, and the property is close to the main bus into town, which was handy. Sophie gave us lots of information when we first arrived, but left us to it afterwards, telling us she was on hand if we needed anything. The pool needs a bit of maintenance, probably more so when we went as it was really hot - it's just a matter of changing the filters and using the pool vacuum/fishing out leaves, but as long as you have someone happy to do that it's no bother (we nominated my father-in-law for this job!). The main thing is, the property is as advertised, the pictures tell you exactly what you're going to get, and it's lovely having the outdoor space and the balcony to look out over whilst having a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Superfijn huis op een prachtige locatie! Het zwembad is niet groot maar heerlijk ter verkoeling. Wij hebben ervan genoten. Het terras biedt aan beide kanten een prachtig uitzicht, aan de ene kant de zee en aan de andere kant de Calanques. Het huis heeft twee badkamers. Wij reisden met twee pubers dus ideaal😉. De ontvangst was hartelijk, een heerlijke fles Rosé stond voor ons klaar. De communicatie met Aurélie en Julien verliep heel prettig. Wij hebben genoten van hun heerlijke huis en de mooie omgeving!

This house deserves 6 stars! It was more beautiful and spacious than the photos even conveyed. The pool and the view are perfect. The kitchen was immaculate and very well stocked with everything we needed to cook at the house. The outdoor kitchen and dining space was gorgeous and we enjoyed grilling fish one night there. The walk to the grocery store is short and easy and the walk down the hill to the town is not bad at all. Pascal (the caretaker) gave us plenty of space, but he was very responsive when we needed anything, and it was nice to know he was around. The laundry room was lovely and we appreciated having indoor and outdoor clothes lines. Theses hosts seriously thought of everything. We never wanted to leave. Thank you! We hope to come back some day!

Deuxième séjour dans cette belle maison et nous sommes aussi contents que la première fois. La maison est grande et bien équipée, commerces disponibles à pied et bus qui emmène au vieux port. Hôte très réactif, à l'écoute et aux petits soins. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Magnifique maison au calme. Idéalement située pour profiter de Cassis, des calanques et de Marseille. Tout s’est très bien passé, communication fluide avec Emmanuelle. Je recommande !

Our family had a wonderful stay at Agathe’s home. The home was more beautiful in person than in the pictures. There is a lot of room for each guest to have their privacy, and large gathering spots for time together. Our children especially loved the pool and the children’s books. Anthone met us at the house to walk through instructions (pool, trash/rubbish, AC controls, locking up, etc.). The home was close to a patisserie, fruit and vegetable store, and wine merchant shop. It was close to main bus routes; although travel to the Old Port via public transportation can take up to an hour. Marseille Stadium is just 2.7km. We felt safe in this gated community. With the heat and traffic chaos due to the Olympic Games, we spent quite a bit more time at the house than we initially anticipated because it was such a peaceful and relaxing spot. The only negative thing is there are a lot of bugs, especially mosquitoes, which I assume is normal in Marseille in the summer.

Een geweldig mooi huis met een prachtige grote tuin. Alles super netjes bijgehouden. Aan de voorzijde ruimte om de auto binnen de ommuurde tuin te parkeren, met een heerlijk zwembad en heel mooi aangelegd met twee zitjes met parasols. Leuke visvijver en mooie planten. Aan de achterzijde volop ruimte om buiten te eten met een buitenkeuken voorzien van barbecue en zelfs een pizza oven. Ook weer met mooie zitjes om lekker in de zon of schaduw te relaxen. Verder nog een deel van tuin met een grote jeu de boule baan helemaal in de schaduw. Vanuit het huis ben je in 10-15 minuten lopend aan het strand of boulevard. Ook in 10-15 minuten in het centrum van Marseille. Ideaal.
