Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in 7th arrondissement

Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

Our stay was great in Benjamin's Airbnb. It is very nice and well equipped. The area is very quiet and you didn't hear anything from the big city bustle. The Airbnb was a little further from the center, but you could get everywhere very well by metro or bus.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Our stay was great, the accommodation was very nice and clean. It can be reached by public transport and a short 20-minute walk from the metro. Metro 4 runs to many important sights in Paris within 30 minutes. The area of the accommodation is pleasantly quiet. Arnaud was easy and quick to reach with questions and made the check-in and check-out times flexible according to our wishes. The accommodation is lovingly furnished and everything important is available. Clear recommendation!

Toni was an exceptional host in every way. She was attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. She welcomed constructive feedback, offered excellent suggestions, and created an atmosphere that made us feel more like cherished friends than guests. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower—an unforgettable backdrop that made every moment feel magical.

I was here for one month and very happy, especially with the view of the trees and Les Invalides across the street. But also the apartment is very comfortable with large windows and a lot of light. It had everything I needed. The bed linens and towels were good quality with NO bad perfume/detergent smell. (I always mention this in reveiws, because I have had to wash linens in some places.) Medhi met me and helped me with luggage and moving in. He was always available to assist with anything. The neighborhood is affluent but with plenty of reasonably priced places to have coffee, eat, shop, etc. Being close to the river was great. Peaceful location at night. Very safe. The metro is close and easy and goes everywhere. I can not comment on the value, because I haven't compared it to other airbnbs. Excellent place from which to explore Paris.

Fantastic Central location, tucked behind the hustle of the main streets. Peaceful and quiet flat, despite being in the central heartbeat of the city. A real gem, and best accommodation I ever found in Paris. Pierre is kind, and was especially responsive when checking in. The concierge tried very hard to explain to us where to go, but our A1 French skills didn't get us far. Luckily Pierre answered our messages immediately and we were able to easily find the flat. We were soooo happy it was so quiet at night, and we were able to rest up after full days of exploring. The flat has everything you could need, including a washing machine and all toiletries and cleaning supplies. A little tip: there isn't much closet space for you to unpack, and if you need to hang your clothes you may want to bring your own hangers :) this was clearly in the description, and it was really nice feeling the real intention behind Airbnb - staying in someone elses real flat. The best experience I've had on an Airbnb so far, Amandine and Sebastiane are super friendly and excellent hosts, upon arrival we were expecting a lot of surprises, from nespreso capsules, turrones, juices and even pudding for our baby. We had everything we needed for cooking. They also left us soap so we could do the laundry, which is so necessary on a trip. I could continue to list positive things in this apartment but there are other guests who already describe more things to perfection. If we ever get back to Paris without a doubt it will be our first choice. Thank you for everything!

Fantastic place, great location! one block from the metro, easy to get anywhere! Safe, so near the Eiffel Tower, local shops on the stret for chocolate, pastries, bread, fresh fruits, etc. Clean, A/C appreciated as it was warm out, very communicative, couldn't have asked for better!!

We had the most wonderful welcome and stay at Isabelle’s place. We were welcomed with champagne and treats and a review of the accommodations. They provided us with all needed recommendations - restaurants, markets, taxis etc. The location was ideal and the home was pristine. Isabelle and Emmanuel were so responsive and gracious. We Hope to be back again soon! My favorite Airbnb hosts and place!

Incredible stay in an incredible location! Beautiful ground floor garden apartment totally private and quiet. Super helpful hosts!!

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Everything was perfect at Franck's. The place, the location… We came to see a match at Roland Garros and it was ideal. Our host was kind enough to wait until 1 a.m. to welcome us since we had worked all day and had come from Strasbourg. He is incredibly kind! I would recommned this property. And I'll keep the contact details safe for a future visit!

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.

Very good stay, station about 8 mins walk, easy to get around. Nice neighbourhood and felt safe coming back and forth. Place is exactly like pictures. Will stay here again.
