Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in 7th arrondissement

Awesome place! The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable and the AC nice and cold. The area felt very safe and close to major Paris attractions, restaurants, pharmacy, and the little convenience store on the corner has everything you could need. The view from the balcony of the Eiffel Tower was perfect. My wife and I stood out there all the time just to watch the tower sparkle. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Such a cute traditional Paris apartment for two. Great beds, so convenient to have laundry in unit, excellent and spacious living room to relax in after a long day touring Paris, comfortable beds. Would absolutely come back

responsive and gave clear instructions on how access property and lock box, checked in on us via message to make sure we arrived okay. room was clean and exactly how described. location was great and easy access to the bus and surrounding landmarks. remained helpful throughout our entire stay.

Céntrico, caminando a la torre eiffel y muchas atracciones, perfecto para 4 personas, y la cocina súper bien equipada y de muy buen tamaño, las camas híper cómodas, el sofá cama de la sala a pesar de ser un sofá es muy cómodo, y aunque el edificio no tenía elevador no es un problema porque está en un primer piso. Nuestra estancia fue perfecta gracias!

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

This place is unbelievable. If you want Paris views, this is the place to be. You can see the Eiffel, Arc and Montmartre from the flat! How can you beat waking up, opening your eyes and seeing the Eiffel tower! You’re equidistant, in terms of walking between the Tower and the Arc, so that was super convenient. The host was super responsive and accommodating, and really went out of their way to help. Really great experience!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Es war eine sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist genau vor der Tür. Außerdem hat man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar

This space was in a very good location to all the Paris sights that we wanted to visit. Check in and check out were very easy and our host was very quick to respond to any concerns we had.

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

This is our second time staying in Christine’s apartment, it felt like coming home again! The apartment itself is light & airy, quite & centrally located to many touristy locations or just a short Metro ride away. The small kitchen has all the basics needed for short stays but you’re close to many fantastic cafes & coffee shops that you’ll likely not even use it like us. It was handy to whip up some nibble boxes for our picnics on the Seine though. Christine is lovely, very responsive & helpful. Highly recommend.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Wir (zwei Familien) mit zwei Kindern (1&2 Jahre) waren bei Mehdi Zuhause. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und es war auch Kinderfreundlich. Es ist eine super Lage und vom Ausblick brauchen wir gar nicht zu sprechen. Vielen dank für alles 🥰 Kleiner Tipp, einen Mülleimer mehr im Badezimmer wäre toll 😉

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.
