The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. It is located in the center of Aachen, approx. 5–7 minutes walk to Aachen Cathedral, Carolus Thermen, Stadt Park, Christmas market. Chio is about 2 km by car or 20–30 minutes walk through beautiful city park. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including Wi-Fi, multilingual TV programs, and a terrace. Parking by arrangement.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
