Wonderful house near the beach

The house is about 140 m2 and has 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. The house is suitable for larger families (or even two families) and has 8 beds spread out in the 4 bedrooms with two beds in each (one of the rooms has a double bed). There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, NOTICE that the stairway to one of the bedrooms is a bit tricky! If you wish to stay more than 8 people in the house, it is possible to use one of the living rooms as a bedroom since it has a sofa-bed in it. There is a lovely garden with a large green area, where you can relax in the hammock or where the children can play around. There is barbeque available and garden furniture so that you can sit outside and enjoy your dinner.

You get the entire apartment on the first floor for yourself, with your own roof terrace and with a shared courtyard terrace and dinner spot by the field. Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay does not include bed linens, towels, etc., but these can be ordered well in advance for DKK 200 per person.

The annex has both its own kitchen and bathroom. It is located just 100 meters from the sea, the harbor, the cliffs, a small beach, a smokehouse and Mikkeller's cafe. Hiking trails to Svaneke and Nexø right from the house. Plenty of opportunities for exciting excursions in the area and a morning dip from the cliffs. Summer house with 25 m to the water and 180 degrees of ocean view

Enjoy a holiday in beautiful, idyllic, cozy surroundings in the newly built red wooden cottage "Søglimt". The name of the house is a little misleading, because from the large kitchen living room there is not only a glimpse of the sea, but rather 180 degrees full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Here you can sit with a cool glass of white wine or a delicious cup of coffee and keep an eye on the children swimming from the rocks, or just enjoy the sound and sight of the waves and study the ships that slowly pass by.

The house is a few minutes walk from the center of Svaneke and just a few steps from the cliff path and overlooks Vigehavn. The house has three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds. New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Sea View House in Scenic Nature

Some of Denmark's most beautiful scenery lies around Vang. To the north Slotslyngen to the south the old quarry with mountain biking route, climbing and swimming on the sheltered beach. The whole area is hilly. Perfect place for hiking, biking and relaxing at the small cozy Vang seaport. In and around the harbor are fishing opportunities. Vang has a Café and the restaurant Le Port. In addition, there is the resident-run kiosk 'Bixen' with short opening hours during the season.
