Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Abbotsford

Fabulous location surrounded by great cafes, restaurants and an easy walk to Gertrude and Smith Streets. This is not my first stay at Keoma and it won’t be my last. It’s a great spot for a family to hangout while exploring Melbourne, especially if you love walking the streets and soaking up the atmosphere. The accommodation is clean and spacious, hosts are responsive and the heating in each of the rooms meant we stayed warm over a wet and cold weekend. The hosts respond quickly to questions and requests. We will definitely be back.

Cathy's place was warm, clean, quiet and comfortable. She had taken the trouble is make sure we had what we needed for a stay of a few days. The location was great as it was close to shops, parks and public transport. Entry and access were easy and Cathy sent detailed information. I would definitely want to return.

This is a really great air bnb. Extremely clean, beautiful fresh clean bedding. What stood out for me is that is was a really excellent set up. I also appreciated a decent array of towels including a hand towel and face washer, well provisioned shower and bathroom. Wayne was a proactive and communicative host. All in all, a great set up. I would definitely stay again. I highly recommend this great cozy place. Very conveniently located too.

Just a lovely warehouse apartment with excellent private balcony. Easy to access and close to where I held meetings and then relaxed around Fitzroy for the weekend. Very well organised and a pleasure to deal with Claire & Nick.

We loved our stay here! Very quiet despite being right on Smith St and great to stay in a building with so much character. Easy walking distance to Gertrude St and right on the tram line, with heaps of vintage and small boutiques nearby. Hugo left clear instructions and checkin was easy. This is now our go to for Fitzroy 😊

Jo's place was beautiful, exactly as described and felt right at home. Check in was also easy. Jo was super responsive and communication was easy. Would book again!

We spent a great week at Jessica's flat in Northcote. It was an excellent location for visiting our daughter in Thornbury and close to trams and trains for central Melbourne The flat was extremely comfortable and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home Beautiful Art , great bed /linens, fab shower and guest supplies We loved watching the sunset and see the evening lights of the CBD from the communal terrace , very special Communication with Jessica was very good and thoughtful,always a quick response We would recommend the coffee and breakfast at The Bicycle Thieves at the bottom of the building and The Short Round and 1800 Lasagne 10 minutes walk up the Thornbury Road Loads of great restaurants in Northcote and Thornbury all within walking distance A fantastic week for us here in Melbourne

Jane’s place was excellent!! We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) and we have been coming to Melbourne for years but this was our first time staying in Richmond. The location is brilliant, close to tram and train and Swan St is fantastic for an array of delicious cafes and restaurants. The terrace was beautifully appointed and a fabulous place to use as a base, but also to relax and unwind. We highly recommend!!

We had such a fabulous stay. The cottage is well appointed and thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. It’s a very cool and cheery interior. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was seriously amazing. Josh was really responsive to messages and so thoughtful. The generous touches with some provisions in the kitchen and even treats for our dog were greatly appreciated. The cottage is close to transport and close to the city. So many great cafes nearby. Great central location to explore Melbourne. Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Tash was a most wonderful host. The place was so neat and clean and amply stocked for what was a most comfortable stay. Tash was responsive, helpful and always available. It was no less than hotel quality comfort and amenities with the added advantage of a personal touch and homely atmosphere. Truly a superhost! Our best wishes and high recommendation.

We really liked staying at Justin's house. It is right in the middle of Fitzroy and incredibly easy to get about, but was very quiet and clearly very safe. We really enjoyed walking around the streets of Fitzroy and eating at the local restaurants. The house is really lovely, it is light and airy and feels quite spacious. It is actually bigger than it looks from the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and very clean and everything feels new. The house is very clean and feels very comfortable and was lovely and warm, especially welcome after getting completely soaked by Melbourne rain.

Naomi is a great host and her place is very comfortable. It’s a cute terrace with a modern upgrade in a quiet street. We enjoyed our stay and Naomi was very happy to help out when contacted.

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

A wonderfully centrally located place that is surprisingly quiet and tranquil considering a great neighbourhood pub is literally two doors away! A wonderful place to relax and enjoy all Fitzroy and Collingwood have to offer and the parking pass makes it a breeze to find parking. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay and were grateful to call this wonderful apartment “home” if only for one night! The host was very responsive and friendly, making us feel supported and welcome. The thorough instructions provided made check-in and check-out easy and stress free. The central location was perfect for our needs and I would love to stay again future. The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁
