All bedding (duvet, sheets, pillows, covers etc) is included along with bathroom towels, shampoo, shower gel etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, all dishes, cutlery etc. As the flat is centrally located there are many restaurants nearby. The Bon Accord & St Nicholas shopping centres, His Majesty's Theatre & Vue Cinema are only a few minutes walk away.
