South facing on the hill overlooking Aberfeldy we confidently boast one of the best views in the area. The house is self contained offering all you require for a relaxing stay in Highland Perthshire. Parking and easy access on the level make it suitable for those who may find steps a problem. We are a 10 minute walk from Aberfeldy and likewise to the local bar/restaurant. Dog friendly there are many walks to explore right on your doorstep. We live next door and are always available for info.

Beautiful, interesting interior with thousands of books. Central heating and wood burning stove. Original range in kitchen, two double bedrooms with a double bed each, both with an extra single bed. There's a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge. Overlooking a bird feeding area with frequent visits from red squirrels.

The Owl House is a cosy retreat, five minutes from historic Fortingall. This former outbuilding has been lovingly renovated and commands beautiful views over the glen. There is also a bus stop nearby with hourly buses to Perth. Our 3 bedroom house has been sympathetically renovated to retain many original features. There is an enclosed rear garden which is perfect for enjoying summer evenings with garden furniture, barbecue and chiminea. Also very safe for your pets and small children.
