The cottage was very clean, plenty of room for two couples or would be great for a family of four. Nice clean bathrooms and kitchen. The cottage sits right beside a beautiful tumbling creek. Really nice outside decking and tables and chairs. Very peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at Randy's beautiful home. It was peaceful and private and we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and afternoons with a book on the front porch watching the groundhog, deer, and pollinators. The house was so comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. This was definitely the cleanest Airbnb that we have ever stayed in and I am very particular. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect for us. The bed was comfy as well! We hope to stay there again next year.

Heather and the uptown colonial property is amazing! It is down town but located on it's own property. It offers plenty of private parking and a very quiet and cozy back yard right outside the door. Inside is no different it too is very quiet and cozy. You will find the inside very clean and very well organized with everything you should need! Heather as a person is amazingly sweet and kind. A true hostess with the mostess! She went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful! Her personality and attitude towards her guests is second to none. You would be very hard pressed to find a hostess with more hospitality than she has! If you are looking at one of her properties look no further. You will not be disappointed at all! It says 5 stars but I give Heather and her uptown colonial property 10 stars easy!! I honestly can't say one bad thing it was a wonderful stay!!

We were quite pleased with our stay at Vickie's Cabin in Disguise. We only had one night there on our trip, but it was well worth it. The home was very clean and well stocked. There was fresh bread and coffee, plenty of room to relax, a big yard and beautiful mountains surrounding us. I was looking forward to an evening walk and a fire, but it rained. However, we were not disappointed. We sat out on the back porch playing music and singing and listening to a whipoorwill call, which I have only heard one other time since I was a child. Thank you Vickie!

Lily Bea's Farm is spectacular. Breathtaking mountain views. super private. Melissa and Gloria were available for questions when needed but respected our privacy immensely. I cannot accurately describe the beauty this place has to offer. it is a gem!!!

Incredible value! We had rock climbers/boulderers with us and have never been so close to roadside boulder problems. The telescope and mountain vista made it the perfect place to unwind after a day of climbing.

Spenceville Farmhouse did not disappoint. It was better than expected. The views from this peaceful home are majestic. It is a beautiful backdrop for family photos. If timed right you might be fortunate to glimpse fireflies on a warm evening, or roaming deer on a quiet morning. We enjoyed unwinding after a busy day of exploring the area. It comfortably accommodated our family of eight. We would definitely recommend this home to those looking for a tranquil location, while still close to the conveniences of the quaint town of Saltville.

overall a great stay! private and quiet. enjoyed the porch and fire pit. the house had everything needed for a comfortable stay a more. only complaint is it could’ve been cleaner in some areas however nothing about the cleanliness really effected our stay.

We had a great time and this house was perfect for our family and friends in town for a wedding. This house is large and was perfect for our 5 couples and kids. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and we had absolutely no issues at all. We did not have to contact the host, but he did message a lot before the visit to be sure we knew how to contact him if we did run into a problem. The house is beautiful, overlooks a beautiful lake and was a very serene and calming visit. We would highly recommend this airnbnb, it was a great experience and all of our guests loved the house. !!! Thank you Ethan !!!!!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Brenda is as a host! We were arriving very late for the celebration of life of my in-laws and didn’t know the area. We knew we needed to be at the service in the morning. We arrived to find fresh flowers, fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, pasta and sauce, and fresh eggs in the refrigerator! We were simply overwhelmed with her kindness and generosity! Then we woke up in the morning and looked out the window and saw the beautiful view! We were able to sit on the porch and enjoy our breakfast instead of searching for somewhere to grab food before the service. It was a respite in a gorgeous setting! Thank you just doesn’t cover it!

If "cleanliness is next to godliness," then this place is almost heaven. For our two families meeting for a long weekend together, this had everything we needed and more for indoor and outdoor enjoyment. It's thoughtfully done. The gameroom and climbable trees kept our kids occupied a great deal, and there were plenty of beds. Upstairs the bathroom situation is a little funky as there is only one private bath and no "hall bath," but there are sinks in several other rooms and it's just part of being in an old house. Well cleaned and well kept, I highly recommend Curtis' place.
