Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Aboyne

This was our home base for our golf trip which included stops in Carnoustie and St Andrews and a few others along the way. we had everything we needed to stay in and cook, do some golf laundry and relax on lazy days in the backyard. the bedrooms were comfortable and everything was clean. the local Larick Cafe was great for breakfast, but doesn't open til 10. it is of note that most local food spots in Tayport weren't open on Monday and Tuesday so plan ahead to takeout or eat in! Mary kindly left a personalized note of recommendations on what to do when we weren't golfing and the little amenities in the house like coffee, tea, milk and biscuits were wonderful! thanks for a great trip! 100% recommend this spot!

We absolutely loved our stay. Lovely comfy beds and a really homely feel about the cottage. We seen a red squirrel in the garden and lots of stags just outside crossing the river. We had dinner at the Fife Arms just along thr road and had a lovely walk too. Lovely friendly host too. Thanks Team Barbarella Beets

Words to describe the location and stunning house are difficult to find. The simplicity of the fishing village and its quaint features are utterly charming and so peaceful. We met so many friendly locals and made full use of the crab and lobster catch which is a speciality of the area. Loren is the most welcoming, caring of hosts and it was a joy to meet her and some of her family. We will definitely return to this idyllic place which we have truly fallen in love with.

A wonderful little house that allowed us to relax after our explorations of Elgin and the surrounding area. We would have liked to stay longer! I highly recommend it!

Had a great stay at the cottage. The place was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you need. It was surrounded by beautiful countryside and we were able to sit in the sun and have a BBQ. The second day it rained but they had games we could play which was a lovely touch. Overall I would highly rate this property and would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay for a couple of days at Neil and Liz's place. Such a beautiful location and we were so lucky to have gorgeous weather while visiting. The house has everything you need and is very well organised with clear instructions and very helpful guides. We went for some lovely walks around the local area and it was just great being so close to the sea. We felt very comfortable during our stay and had a great sleep while listening to the wind and sea. I hope to visit again soon, as would gave loved to have stayed longer.

Clover Cottage was absolutely magical. The house is private, nestled in gorgeous Scottish countryside, perfect for long walks with the dogs and really, truly escaping. The house was incredibly cozy, and we loved the hot tub. The nearest shops are a bit of a drive, but we just stocked up and nestled in. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for some peace and quiet!

We had a lovely short break at Shona’s flat, which was ideally placed to access the beach over the sand dunes. The flat was even nicer than the pictures and one of the nicest we have ever stopped in. Nice area with good access to go off sightseeing too. Balmoral and the harbour at Aberdeen (Torry) where you can watch dolphins swimming is recommended. Shona is easily contactable and I found the whole process so trouble free and easy. Would love to return soon !

Clean and well stocked flat that was walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. Rosella and her husband were warm and welcoming hosts - would absolutely stay here again!

Elaine's house is adorable, with a personality of its own. Everything is clean and nice, you feel good right away in this house. Elaine is welcoming and responsive. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. The little extra, the COOP store 300m away, open 7 days a week from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.…. Very convenient…

We had a fantastic stay in Alex penthouse apartment, the views overlooking the harbour and the coastline were stunning. There was numerous places of interest and nice restaurants/cafe's within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment was finished to a very high standard, and was very peaceful. Alex and Christine were great hosts and always available to provide help and information as required. We highly recommend a stay at this apartment/location , and we will come again soon. Spotless, peaceful and comfy with lovely evening walks in the sunset, this is the perfect base to explore the beautiful fishing villages of Moray and Aberdeenshire and watch the wildlife. A perfect choice - comfortable, spotless and stylish; dog friendly and in a quiet location but just minutes from the village centre. A short drive away are the starting points for amazing hillwalking routes, forest trails and water sports. King size bed with an excellent mattress ensures a good nights sleep with birds outside singing as you wake up!

Anne and Guy’s stay was beautiful and just as seen in the photos, if not better! Stunning water view from the back garden and walkable location to restaurants. After a day of driving, we decided to order takeaway from Little Moon which was delicious and a walk away. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

Brilliant stay at this lovely apartment in Stonehaven, couldn’t fault it one bit everything was perfect and Jude was extremely helpful in providing local recommendations. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to visit Stonehaven!

Superb location for a weekend in Aberdeen. We were able to find on street parking so we could walk around the corner into town easily for food. Really quiet top floor flat, small and cosy, nicely decorated.
