Our casita is fully furnished with luxury in mind, from a custom king sized bed, to a deep soaking tub, a private backyard with views of the Sandia Mountains, and unique efficient kitchenette with an easy to use Nespresso coffee maker for the perfect start to your day. This unique place has a style all its own. Modern, BoHo, and newly renovated guest casita centrally located in downtown/Old Town area. Studio with sleeping loft and kitchenette. Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.

This beautiful loft is located at the very heart of Albuquerque's historic Old Town Plaza in Plaza Don Luis. Step out your door and walk to over 100 shops, restaurants and galleries offering unique Southwest and Native American merchandise. The Outpost 1706 Taproom is directly across from the loft where you can enjoy locally crafted beer, wine and spirits. Noisy and Sheehan wineries are located in Plaza Don Luis. Parking is available on site.

The home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer stay. This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. There is a dinning room table with seating for three. There is one queen bed and pull out sofa couch. Additionally there is plenty of closet space and one full bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination.

Cozy get-away in the heart of Downtown Albuquerque

Just in time for winter, we recently installed brand new central heating at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.
