Charming Cottage near Old Town Albuquerque

Our cozy cottage is nestled on the tree-lined streets of the Huning Castle Community. One of the oldest neighborhoods in Albuquerque, it is midway between Old Town and Downtown. This historic neighborhood was named for the opulent mansion built by German immigrant and Albuquerque pioneer Franz Huning in the 1880’s. While the castle no longer stands, the neighborhood maintains its historic charm. We hope you enjoy this cozy cottage and lovely neighborhood as much as we do.

This beautiful loft is located at the very heart of Albuquerque's historic Old Town Plaza in Plaza Don Luis. The Outpost 1706 Taproom is directly across from the loft where you can enjoy locally crafted beer, wine and spirits. Noisy and Sheehan wineries are located in Plaza Don Luis. Just in time for winter, we recently installed brand new central heating at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.
