Recently restored to a high standard, the guesthouse comes complete with a private wood-burning hot tub (October-May) that can be a plunge pool in summer and a larger shared swimming pool that can be private upon request.

Overlooking the garden and river, this vacation home also features free Wi-Fi. The air-conditioned vacation home consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen as well as 3 bathrooms with a shower and a hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Quinta das Sesmarias is located on the urban outskirts of Vila de Alcains, a 3.5-hectare property that maintains the rural characteristics of the early 20th century. The first construction dates back to 1928 and was recovered in 2002 in the form of a villa. Visitors' rest and well-being are ensured by a peaceful environment in contact with nature.
