Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Abu Dhabi

The apartment is good enough for two people and also kitchen is nice for cooking. The host is busy and can’t response fast enough. You can call him anyway if no response. The location is good and there is a nice seaside park just downstairs, also a supermarket. Overall it’s good.

Wassim's apt is in a great location close to all amenities. The apt is perfectly clean and tidy. It is value for money especially as hotels are so expensive. I would highly recommend Wassim as a host.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures — modern, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The cleanliness was outstanding, everything was spotless. The host was incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, everything was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Je recommande à tous cette appartement , Très propre et fidèle au photo. Nous étions en famille et nous avons passer un agréable moment dans cet appartement. La piscine est top , il y a des magasin à proximité ouvert 24h . Le personnel de la piscine est vraiment géniales Hôte très réactif et présent à n’importe quelle moment ( nuit, jour) disponible 24h24. Si nous avons l’occasion de revenir nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci à l’hôte et je vous souhaite que de la réussite.

I’d say the apartment description here is just the cherry on cake . It has way more to offer for a stay than whats’ advertised. Special mention to Ravi for his state of the art hospitality and management skills + the attention to detail given in ensuring all amenities starting from basic kitchenettes to sanitaries to TV entertainments , all well equipped for anyone to simply move in and start living as if its home . PS: along with the GYM and pool, which might hv been better with an early start, there is a fully stocked grocery store right downstairs which I saw on the day of checkout only so just adding the info here in case it turns out to be helpful for future guests . Thanks Ravi . No doubt this would be my first pref the next time I touchdown dxb

The stay was very smooth with a very welcoming host. I highly recommend this place in a very peaceful environment. The attention to detail is amazing with very proactive follow-ups and direction. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great place, we had an amazing time.

We stayed at Karam’s place for 6 weeks, including a few extensions. No issues at all. It is fully furnished and suitable for a family who are touring or waiting for their home to be finished (like us!). It is 5 min drive to theme parks and Yas mall and easy access to highway to Dubai. It is a large but quiet neighbourhood with lots of playgrounds, pools and footpaths. Thank you Karam!

good and nice place to stay

Guys, this is with my personal experience. If you want a private place with beautiful view but in the center of marina. Don't miss this, trust me I've stayed in many properties listed in marina but nothing could match mikhail's place. Also he is so responsive, available all the time. Thanks man! This is on my top lost always.

An amazing place to stay with an unforgettable view of Dubai. Alessandro was a great host and we will be coming back. 

Very spacious and clean Airbnb with all the amenities. Well located across the street from the beach with plenty of walkable restaurants to choose from in the area. We rented bikes across the street and rode much of the Corniche. Reception and building staff were friendly. Host communicated well. Care should be taken in the tub as it is very slippery. The gym looked good and the pool was located in another building. We found the bed too firm but our host said that was something she could easily address if that were an issue for others in which case we would recommend this Airbnb to others.

Excellent stay in the apartment. Bannia was there for everything I needed and responded very quickly. The apartment has everything necessary for a normal stay. If you are from Europe and need a phone charger with G plug, that is also solved and the apartment has it. Clean and tidy apartment. All recommendations.

The location is excellent, with plenty to do nearby. The place was clean, felt like home, and Liezl was very responsive and helpful.

Just spent the most relaxing weekend at AMY’s stunning condominium in Abu Dhabi and honestly, it’s the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in the UAE. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment is beautifully designed, spotless, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood ideal for anyone looking to unwind. What made the stay even more special was AMY herself. She’s an incredible host ,super friendly, thoughtful, and always checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. If you’re planning a calm weekend escape, this place is a hidden gem.
