This is a renovated elementary school in Niseko, Hokkaido, with a bistro French restaurant and a room-only inn. It is set in the best scenery, with views of Mt. Konbu in the front and Annupuri in the background. A lodge where you can relax in the quiet atmosphere of the mountains. It is about a 10-minute drive to the ski resort. There is no bus. There are no supermarkets, restaurants, or hot springs within walking distance, so you will need your own car or a rental car. We do not have a shuttle service, so we are very sorry, but we do not accept guests who do not have a car, especially in winter. It is not a private lodge. The accommodation can accommodate up to 10 people, but this listing accepts up to 7 people. Spaces other than bedrooms may be shared with other guests. We will assign the bedrooms according to the number of guests, so please let us know if you have any requests for room allocation when you make your request. The adjoining Bistro French offers authentic bistro cuisine made with local ingredients. (Reservations are required to use the restaurant. Please let us know in advance)

Conveniently located 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot from Niseko Grand Hirafu Ski Resort. It is a small inn, but we value creating a homey atmosphere and a calm space where you can take a deep breath. Enjoy skiing and snowboarding to your heart's content. In the evening, the living room at Casinoya becomes a bar lounge, offering food and drinks to guests. If you'd like to have a drink before bed, you are welcome. We also provide a la carte meals. Locals also visit the bar lounge, so please try to get some deep information about Niseko. We provide shuttle service to and from the Hirafu Welcome Center at check-in and check-out. Please let us know your bus time. Pick up is after 4 pm. We do not provide transfers to Kushiro station, but there is a bus that runs from the station. Get off at the "Kirifuri Kita" bus stop. We try to make it fun for those who have never been to Niseko before, so I look forward to hearing from you. We look forward to opening our doors to you!

The chalet is located close to restaurants and just a few minutes walk to the Hirafu intersection & convenience stores. This villa has 2 x Japanese tatami bedrooms on the 1F, which sleeps 6 people on futons. The 2F with lots of sun light has an open kitchen and tatami area. There is large Japanese style Hinoki wood bath tub in one of the two bathrooms. There is a TV with an HDMI cable for screening Netflix's etc (no local or cable TV). Free Internet (WIFI).
