It is located in a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko Ski Area. 1 bedroom, 2 beds. The room is 1LDK and is recommended for up to 2 people. Up to 1 pet allowed (pet fee 2,000 yen. Only toilet trained children are allowed) Self Check-in, Self Check-out It is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town. It is a place where you always need a car to go shopping or to restaurants. Within 20 minutes by car to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Area is 30 minutes by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). Go outside and take a little walk around the neighborhood, and on sunny days you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski resort in the distance. ※ Niseko Town has introduced an accommodation tax. The accommodation fee is 200 yen per person per night.

In summer activities such as fishing, rafting, golf, hiking are just a short drive away. This area has many nearby onsen to experience as well. To enjoy this area, YOU MUST HAVE A CAR! Don't forget to bring your International Driving Permit and hire a car. No buses running to Yunosato and hiring a cab can be hard.

Additionally there are two living spaces . Everywhere is a short car journey away, so please only consider if you plan to rent a car. *From November 1, 2024, the Niseko Town accommodation tax will be charged. ページをご覧頂きありがとうございます。 こちらは、湖畔エリアにあるガーデン付きのログハウスです。 お家の場所は、洞爺湖の北側、「水の駅」から車で数分の閑静な別荘地にあります。 お家の2階から湖の景色がよく見え、夏期に毎日行われる温泉街の花火も見えます。 一番の魅力は、完全プライベートの広いお庭です。 色々な種類の花、木、果実があり、四季折々の風景をお楽しみ頂けますし、テーブルとイス、アンブレラもありますので、ゆっくりお庭でおくつろぎ頂けます。 すぐ近く（車で１分）のところに町営温泉「いこいの家」があります。洞爺湖の風景と源泉掛流しの温泉を450円でお楽しみ頂けます。 ★ペット（わんちゃんのみ）同伴でご滞在頂けます。 ガーデンは芝生なので、独り占めのドッグランとしてご利用ください。 湖畔まで徒歩７分ほどなので、ゆっくりお散歩にも良い立地です。
