This sister property is located at 37-1 Irie, Toyakocho, Abuta District, Hokkaido 049-5603, offering relaxing ocean views instead of a Lake View. This villa has a convenient location near the train station and local supermarkets approximately 15 minutes away by car from Hotel Cocoa. Note that these two properties are in separate locations.

Completed in 2019, with 4 bedrooms plus a tatami room, this 3-storey resort home fits 10 and is perfect for families or groups of friends. After a day skiing Niseko's slopes, relax in the enormous bathtub and take in the Yotei view. And socialise in style in the spacious living room with premium dining table, modern furniture and a huge smart TV with Netflix and Apple TV.

Relaxing house by Lake Toya

The house is located in a quiet natural setting, about 30 seconds from the shores of Lake Toya. It has a spacious living/dining room, two bedrooms, and a Japanese-style room that can accommodate up to 7 people. It is about a 10-minute drive from Toya Onsen Hot Spring Resort and Toya Station. There are no restaurants or stores around. Reservations are generally accepted up to six months in advance, but guests wishing to stay for one week or longer will be given priority.

Located in Hirafu Village, it is close to the area’s best dining spots and can be rented together with its twin two-bedroom duplex apartment - Casi 67 West, for larger groups. Facilities include a kitchen, dry room, jacuzzi, underfloor heating and awesome summer and winter views. An on-call driver is available from 8am to 10:30am and from 2:30pm to 4:00pm to Annupuri, Hirafu and Hanazono.
