The place is as described, very nice and comfortable and with a good space, and we never lacked anything. The pool is spacious and has a waterfall and a jacuzzi. I'd go back.

We enjoyed the stay in the apartment. There were some problems with the air conditioning controls since they did not turn off the equipment, but nothing serious. We really enjoyed the stay.

Very good place to spend time with the family, very safe and clean. Pool, equipped kitchen, clean rooms, the whole house with air conditioning. Only the condominium within the subdivision is a little far from the entrance. Excellent service.

The accommodation is as described, the house is spacious and cozy, the pool in the fractionation was very clean and in general everything is taken care of, our host always responded very quickly and gave us support at all times. Thank you so much for your attention. On the other hand, if the Playa club generates high expectation, better that you consider another alternative, this has nothing to do with the accommodation which complies very well, but it was quite disappointing, in photos it looked incredible, already in person we did not like it, the grounds on the sides are full of garbage and in general the beach to which you have access is very neglected, the parking is insufficient and part is terracería. If it's not an important attraction for you the beach club, I highly recommend it.

The accommodation in Acapulco Diamante was top notch!! Very clean, it matches the photographs. We were a large family and were very comfortable. We enjoyed it very much and Nelson was very attentive at all times, we had very good communication. I am very grateful because we were presented with a very regrettable personal situation and he was very understanding and flexible to support us in a change of date. This high rise has a Door/Bell man to welcome you Infront of golf course full of gracing tamed deer Francisco Miguel was very attentive to our needs, and I believe he undersold & over delivered. I FIVE STAR HOST & property. We definitely will recommend and come back.

The place is perfect for a family trip, the pool is very nice and suitable for the whole family, a very central accommodation of different beaches and attractions.

We loved it! very close to shops to do our shopping, good location for the beach and the accommodation seemed perfect, the pool was delicious and Manuel was always very attentive, thank you very much!

I had a good experience in this apartment. The space is bright, cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is very good, with easy access to everything. Frank was very kind and always available to help. The island amenities great for all ages I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to others.

i went with my 3 dogs ( two old English shepherd and 1 Maltese)and cupimos no problem, you can go for a walk with them to the bike area and quite quiet. the only thing is that as expected , week santa there was 1 day of a lot of noise at night but it is normal for high season. thank you so much!
