Beachfront holiday rental in Acapulco

Everything was excellent.

We rented this apartment so we could be with our daughter and her family for a vacation at the beach. The apartment was a great fit for the 7 of us and it was well equipped to meet our needs. It was a lovely place to be and the pool by the beach provided not only a beautiful place to swim, but the ability to see and hear the ocean. There was beach access also. Beto was extremely attentive and responsive to the needs that came up..an excellent host. We would definitely return.

The place is Really Nice, for my Likes the only thing I did not enjoy was the Shower Head and gabinetes was to high for me, Over all we love the place and we will came back, is a lot of things around and the beach is privet just for you. We did not have hot water, but with the hot weather is nice the temperature the water comes out. Thanks Julio 😘

We loved the stay and the accommodation, but our dogs loved it. We swim in the lagoon with them every day. We went to the beach, which is literally across the street. However, I would like to point out an uncomfortable situation that I experienced on Thursday 12 in the main food palapa. A waiter - tall, with curly hair and a robust complexion (in fact, the only one with those characteristics) - had a rude attitude. I asked for help to put up a parasol, explaining that I was with my dad in a wheelchair, and her response was negative and very unempathetic. He even whipped the umbrella tube, justifying that it could not be used due to the weather conditions, although clearly there were other tables with umbrellas in use. I think it's important that staff are trained to treat people with respect and sensitivity, especially when there is someone with a disability. Thank you for everything.

Excellent place to visit Acapulco, I would definitely come back. The security part of the place let us park the car inside, so it turned out better than expected.

Overall, excellent Airbnb! Very clean at the reception and with full amenities, excellent air conditioning and a very well-equipped kitchen. In addition, it is in a very good location. Esteban was in instant communication with any questions and showed genuine concern for us as guests. Sometimes, there was not much privacy, but it was understandable by the rules of the condominium.

Frank was very kind and was always willing to serve us in the best way. The apartment is very good and the access to the private beach is the best.

Klaus is an excellent host! He🫶🏻 solves anything you ask and helps you with whatever you need! It was my first time in an Airbnb so I had several questions, which he answered. There was a remote missing from one of the TVs and we didn't even notice. He took the initiative and bought a new one. The next day it arrived, despite not needing it. I was surprised by the attention, kindness and in general the whole place It has all the basics, hot water 24/7 The view is spectacular and everything is close by! There was even a Starbucks on the corner The beach club, the pool, the restaurant and everything. I loved it, super comfortable, friendly staff and everything quiet. It's definitely worth it They are under repair, but that does not affect or bother the experience! Thank you so much for everything, I will definitely be back 🫶🏻💖
