The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Just 50 meters from the central square of the village of Stemnitsa, through a dreamy stone alley, is the fully renovated Rodanthi guesthouse. Built of stone and wood in 1867 with the traditional structure of the mountainous Greek villages, it offers a unique view of the mountain and the stream as it is located at the end of the path. There is a parking space right below the house. The river Lousios is close enough for an adventurous tour!

Studio74 is an elegant and fully renovated 25 sq. m (269 sq. ft) space, designed with comfort and simplicity in mind. It is located in the center of Patras next to Ypsila Alonia Square and offers a quiet environment. The space was completely renovated in 2026 and offers a comfortable stay, whether you are visiting the area for business, for medical reasons, or for a short getaway.
