In a small and quite building,without an elevator,there is a cozy,full renovated attic,at the 3rd floor.The attic consists of 2 rooms(30sm) &has enclosed terrace. To enter the main room,you have to go through a small door that reminds of entering Hobbit's house.The height of the door is 1.30m. For someone who can't bend down,maybe they should reconsider staying in our house.Neighborhood is very vivid,at the foothills of Patras' Roman Castle,a 5 minute walk from city center,port,bus station,etc.

The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.
