This a small but lovely stone beach house. There is a large patio outside the door, which opens out onto the amazing view beyond the patio. There is a beautiful little pool just off the patio. But for us, the highlight was the beach. Just below the wall of the patio, literally steps away, is a lovely, quiet stretch of pebbled beach. We swam as the sun came up. It was beautiful. The house is on the property with another house, but, although friendly and helpful, the owners did not intrude or bother us in any way. We really enjoyed our time here. We hope we can come back again one day!

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Greece! Maria was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations throughout our visit. The house looked exactly like the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were welcomed with snacks for the kids and a fridge stocked with water, bread, cheese, wine, and beers for the adults, which was a lovely touch. The beach is just across the street in a charming, local town with few tourists, which we loved. Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this place for a peaceful Greek getaway.

A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

Alexis was an excellent host! He made us feel "at home". Our accommodation provided us with everything we needed and more. The location is ideal for anyone who wants to unwind in a serene landscape in nature. The view from the accommodation is amazing. I had a great weekend. Located in a peaceful area, this apartment was perfect to clean my mind and relax from work and stress. The apartment has everything you need! It also has a pool, an outdoors jacuzzi and a barbecue. We used the barbecue and the jacuzzi. The experience was something else! I really recommend it. Michalis was a very good host, very friendly and helpful with the instructions. His mom was there and she was very sweet! She even treated us some homemade food. They had left breakfast and water too. I wish I could give more stars.

The location is very beautiful,surrounded by nature. When we arrived we were enchanted by the house and the pool as well as the reception of Anastasia which for everything we needed was immediately available. She was very friendly and discreet. Check the pool every day and make us feel at home, which, on its own, makes you feel like it's your own place and not that you live in someone's home,that really stands out. The village has a mini market,pharmacy cafe,souvlaki shop is 2 minutes drive,from beaches we chose "Black Nose" which is a little further 30 to 35 minutes but has a canteen with tables,all very affordable. We rested,we took countless dives at night drinks by our pool,we saw the stars very clearly,we were lucky because we also got the Perseids(meteor shower) and it was awesome. Great holiday choice, we'll visit it other times. Thanks for everything, Anastasia!

The Diamond Suite is a spacious apartment on the ground floor, with a living/sitting room, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a good oven. Of course, we mostly sat outside, on the seat in front of the door, or the larger table further down in the spacious and well-kept garden. A beautiful whole, nice to stay there. Diakopto is a lively Greek town, which apart from the starting point of the famous mountain train to Kalavryta does not have much to offer, but is a good base for the mountainous hinterland. To get to the house, it is best to take the exit from the old main road Patras-Corinth to the roundabout in the middle of the village near the church, the station and the supermarket. From there, owner Leonidas (who was very helpful) carefully signposted the way to the house with blue signs.

Very comfortable, gorgeous apartment near the centre of a gloriously beautiful town. We were really able to relax in this village before the end of our month in Greece. Highlight was the monastery of St John the Baptist, a truely, (and slightly unexpected for me, ) spiritual experience! Afterwards we swam in the cold, utterly clear waters of the nearby river. Highly recommend Theta and Stemnitsa .

We had a great experience with the house. Super comfortable, beachfront, with the most beautiful sunrises!!! It was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely love to come back.

We loved staying here! We were two couples and each had our own space. The apartment is modern and we felt like we were living in luxury. The hosts are very responsive and want to make sure that their guests have the best time. They couldn't have been more accomodating. We couldn't recommend this place more highly. In addition, it was in a fantastic spot, close to restaurants and shops.

This place is a little jewel. The view literally took our breath away. Yannis and his father Spiros are such lovely people. They are warm, welcoming, practical and super-responsive. The beds were really comfortable, the linen crispy clean. The towels dazzling white. The beach..... 2 meters from the bottom of the garden. Literally heaven on earth. The wifi, air-conditioning, stove, all the amenities are in perfect working order. Thank you Yannis and Spiros!!!

Excellent value for price for a cottage with two bedrooms and a separate kitchen and bathroom which we found all as described and pictured in the photos. So certainly nothing for people who seek luxury but perfect for those who like the calm and basically a private beach that is gorgeous and who don’t need any frills. We would def come back!

Maria’s apartment was a perfect stay for our place in Patras. It was easy to find and although our arrival had been slightly delayed Maria was kind enough to wait and walk us through check in. It had everything we needed and Maria was also kind enough to drop off an ironing board for us. The apartment was immaculate and she had left it fully stocked which was greatly appreciated. The icing on the cake was having such a secure spacious parking space and very good air conditioning. Thank you Maria!

I would like to share my experience staying at this beautiful house, perfectly situated right by the sea with very few people around and clean, clear water. We visited in August and thoroughly enjoyed our time by the coast. The house is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Everything, from the beds to the furniture, kitchen, and appliances, is of good quality. A special thanks to the hosts for their attentiveness. Christos, the host, is truly exceptional and goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort of his guests. We requested four sunbeds for the garden, and even though it wasn't easy, he made sure they were provided, allowing us to sunbathe right in our own garden under the beautiful trees. In short, I highly recommend this house to anyone who loves a peaceful and quiet seaside retreat, and I personally look forward to returning here in the future.

From the moment we arrives we fell in live with this place, which was perfect for two of us for a week. The roads are steep and winding, but that adds to the sense of getting away. We walked the Menalon Trail, which starts in Stemnitsa, to Dimitsana, past monasteries and through the Lousios Gorge - stunning! Not for the unfit or faint-hearted - it's very steep and 12.5km (5 hours) to cover. We needed the cold drinks and mountain lunch when we arrived. The taxi back was entertaining, too - Nikos gave us lots of local information. We also managed day trips to Messene, Mystras, and Mycenae, all about 1.5 hours away by car, though not far as the crow flies. Cafe Gerousia in the town square is fab during the day, and the grills at the taverna are great. The tiny shop tucked in between Σιμο & Σιμο and the Ginger Squirrel has everything, but the proprietress speaks no English - cue lots of looking up Greek words, pointing and grammatical errors on my part.

We were very warmly welcomed. Everything is very clean, you get towels. Bathroom also very clean and simple, this incredible view. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation. We will definitely be back.

Mr. Stamatis was an amazing host with impeccable friendly and cheerful attitude. The house exceeded our expectations for both its interior and its well-maintained stylish outdoor space. We had a great time!The stay was great as Isabella was flawless professional at everything!The access to the beach is just opposite the house and there is a tavern right next door. At a distance of 1.5 km there is the city of Erateini where it has everything.
