Seven Seas Beach Retreat Studio Flat

Our lovely guest studio flat is a newly renovated, private entrance ground floor ensuite space, which sleeps 2. Exclusive off street parking included. Fully fitted brand new kitchen, Tea & coffee making facilities, induction hob, full size fridge with freezer space, toaster. The lovely Minnis Bay is about 5 mins walk from here where there is a pub. The train station is 5 mins walk in the other direction. Dreamland is only 2 stops on the train. Please note we don't allow charging of vehicles.

Birchington Chalet

Birchington chalet is 5 minutes walk to the sea or the railway station and the village centre, where you will find all amenities . You’ll love our chalet, it is comfortable airy, has a large walk in shower,a self contained kitchen and secure parking. It is a short walk to Minnis Bay where you can enjoy beach life, then good food and wine while you watch the stunning sunset at The Minnis. We welcome couples, singles, business travellers, cyclists, watersport enthusiasts walkers, and families.

The Coach House-Family Staycation

17th Century converted stable and coach house, recently refurbished to provide ample parking, spacious living areas. three reception rooms fully equipped kitchen for family parties. Full Laundry, downstairs loo attached. Ground floor bedroom with ensuite bathroom with disabled access, Study/ Library also available equipped with sofa-bed and second downstairs loo. 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, one with bath. Large garden with patio furniture and BBQ.

The Little House, Minster

The Little House is a charming 2 bed cottage right in the centre of Minster High Street. The ground floor is an open plan kitchen and living room, while upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a built in oven and a washing machine. The first floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms are small but perfectly formed, both would delight George Clarke, while the bathroom has a 1.5m bath plus shower over.

Kent Coastal Seaside Retreat

A beautiful modern two bedroom house located in a private mews in Birchington-On-Sea with dedicated parking close to the stunning Minnis Bay with it's expansive beach and access to the Viking Coastal Trail for walks to Reculver Towers and Roman Fort. It's a few miles away from Margate and Broadstairs with their stunning beaches and a couple of minutes walk to the high street of Birchington with a vast range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
