Very well-stocked apartment, clean and very close to Capoliveri beach and Felciaio beach (10 minutes walk). Warm shower and ample outdoor space are very useful. Bathroom a little small, but with a comfortable shower and great water pressure. Large private parking. Highly recommended and definitely a point of reference for the area!

For us it was a wonderful stay, we found a clean, tidy house, which was not missing anything to have a wonderful vacation, we almost felt like we were at home! Friendly, helpful and kind hosts!! We'll definitely be back!!

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with great attention to detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. We stayed at Miriam's beautiful house for two and a half weeks in May. Thanks to the good communication, accurate directions, and photos, it was quite easy to find. The 800 m of unpaved road up the hill may take some getting used to depending on the car, but it is (except maybe with low-lying sports cars) to manage. And then you're upstairs and see the sea that's closer than it seems on the photos - wow! The house itself is spacious and very well equipped with all kinds of appliances including vacuum cleaner, as well as cooking and dining utensils and in the kitchen of a marble countertop. The terrace with table, armchairs, large parasol, loungers and hammock leaves nothing to be desired. The distances on Elba are not far, nearby are supermarkets, fruit and vegetable stalls, a fish shop and actually everything else you need. Mirjam always responded very quickly and kindly to our questions. We felt very comfortable!
