Recently renovated and furnished house, with a terrace, patio and garden overlooking the sea. Very easy access private parking. It is a 700-meter walk from the sea and is located in the historic center of Acquafredda, a hamlet of Maratea. The beautiful sea view from the terrace and garden is a pleasant refreshment for the soul.
