Newly Renovated Townhome with THREE KING-SIZE beds

My family and I were in town for my son to play baseball at LakePoint sports. We had a nice, comfortable stay at Lee’s place. It wasn’t far from LakePoint and was close to grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Loved the convenience of being able to use the garage to park my car! Lee was very quick to respond to all of my messages. The first night we were there the tv remote in the living room was dead and needed new batteries and we were short 1 bath towel as well, I messaged Lee about it and within 20 minutes a member of his team was there with batteries and to get us an extra towel. Couldn’t ask for better customer service! Thank You Lee for sharing your place with us, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again next time we are in town.

My family and I were looking for a unique place to stay while in town for a beach volleyball tournament. Leading up to the trip Doneen was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Check in was a breeze and the property was just how we had imagined. The extra touches she welcomed us with-local coffee & scones was a pleasant surprise and meeting her farm family was such delight! We really appreciated all the dining suggestions she offered up and even visited The Jerks twice. We highly recommend staying at her property, and will definitely make an effort to book there again one day.

This was our second stay at this residence. Laura was responsive, communicative and flexible - especially when it came to our arrival and departure times. Location to Berry College is convenient (maybe a 10 minute drive) and the house meets all of my families needs. Already booked for two other stays this fall. Highly recommend.

The house was very cute and easy to find. It worked perfectly for our family trip. There is only 1 bathroom which we didn't see listed in the description, but was perfectly fine for what we needed. And there is a door connecting the bedrooms, which was not ideal for our situation but we made it work. Overall a great house, great communication from the host, and awesome experience. We'll probably book again on our next trip to Rome.
