An open space beach house, of 60 s.m. for 6 pax with 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds and 2nd room with 2 single beds very stylish and comfortable. It is decorated with boho and cozy design styling combined with Cycladic culture. The house has direct access to a sea view veranda, with a big dining table. It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 1 & 3. Welcome basket with local products offered.

Just 7 minutes (5.4km) from the island's main port (Adamantas), 5 minutes (3.4km) away from the island's airport, and a few minutes away from the island's famous beaches.

Koufiakas Boathouse

The koufiakas boathouse is 50 square meters and is located right in front of Pollonia beach (in the most beautiful traditional village). It is recently renovated and fully equipped. It has a refrigerator, electric stove and air-conditioner. The visitor can enjoy the view of the sea even if he is lying in his bed. A dip in the deep blue waters in front of the house will convince him that he made the best choice. Ideal for honeymoon couples .

By car, it is a 6 minutes drive to Sarakiniko (the moon beach), 7 minutes drive to the port and 15 to the airport. We're also very close to Plaka village (the capital of Milos) and Mandrakia fishing village.
