In what once was the hidden cellar situated beneath the main house is a private living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bath all with it’s own separate entrance and courtyard. The Platte River jogging trail is just down the hill, and the central business district and Union station are a 1.5 mile easy walk through cute historic neighborhoods.
