Located in Adelianos Kampos area, the house is just 15' by car from Rethymno town, 5' from Platanias, and within a short driving (7') or walking (15') distance from the beach. The beautifully-arranged 1-acre property includes a 45 m2 rural house, garden and parking space. The highlight of the property is the 100-year-old windmill, transferred from Lasithi Plateau, once used to water the crops.
