We only stayed one night but Assad was helpful and communicative. The flat is spacious and well appointed but could do with a bit of TLC. The views are amazing and the bed was super comfy. The location was perfect for us, close to downtown and the sea. There is a shop close by should you need it. Uncle Hassan (the caretaker) was very sweet and helpful. All in all we had a great stay and would stay again.

Great apartment and great Host, Sherif - was an absolute delight! The space is beautifully designed, Homey, spotlessly clean, and filled with natural light. The amenities and comfortable touches made it feel like home. The location is ideal on the Corniche and sea front line, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and attractions around the place. The host, Sherif and his team were exceptional—responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a great stay. I highly recommend this apartment and can’t wait to return. I sat in the apartment only two days because of the change in the times of my journey, the intention was 5 days and more . But for the host it is great and interested in the details and quick to respond to me .. for the place is awesome, clean and exactly the same pictures The fidelity of all the ruins of all the windows is terrific to the distance of the entire salon on the sea .. The views of the bedroom are part of the sea and part of the Amir and the pleasant places that can be envisioned and preserved as a memory . In general, 100% thank you very much for all the services that have been provided .. a wonderful and rejuvenating residence 🤍

hosts are friendly and accommodating! the place is big and well-equipped with all necessary appliances and furniture. the view is to die for!!! location wise it's also quite convenient and check-in & check-out processes are also easy!! would recommend this place to others, and would book this place again if i get to go to alexandria again!!

Mr Hisham and the team working ( janitor and his wife) at the apartment were extremely professional, kind, helpful, highly and fast responsive and respectful to all my needs. Mr Hisham fixed the wifi with a remarkable speed. The janitor’s wife responded to my concerns (e. g. hot water, elevator ) in a very responsible fashion. This team at the apartment building are very sincere and caring. Any guest will be very well taken care of. Mr Hisham even went far and beyond by helping bring me a transfer to the bus station. I recommend this apartment and family to any guest.

As this is my first time to rent via Airbnb, I was afraid that it might be a scam but I took the risk, and for my good luck it was real& just as described on the app, the Villa was beautiful and overlooks a peaceful view of the sea. It contained everything we needed like bedsheets, one of the best things in the Villa is that it consists of 3 kitchens & it contained water dispensers+refrigerators for each floor!It has iron, coffee machine, washing machine,stove, dishes, cutlery…etc. Just bring your bath materials & hand soaps & sponge for washing the dishes. It was well cleaned before we arrived, Reham the host was a very kind person and she let us have an early check in& late checkout. My family members fought to take the last floor as it was the best thing in the Villa,it’s like an attached studio :) It was one of our most enjoyable trips to North Coast,Zahran market & a lot of restaurants are just at the gate of the Village.Thank you Reham for the unforgettable trip& your kindness.

A perfect stay. Amazing villa for which the pictures don’t do justice. It’s huge with a great pool and lots of games/amenities to keep you and the family entertained and well cared for. Mahmoud is super responsive, helpful and can provide everything you need including cleaner, cook, transportation, excursions, restaurant/sightseeing recommendations all at exceptional prices. He even spent one hour negotiating at a hair salon (for the missus and daughters) to ensure that I, as a non Egyptian, was not overpaying. I’ve stayed at hundreds of Airbnbs as I travel a lot (including a lot in dubai) and I can honestly say that Mahmoud was the most genuine, sincere and kind host I have met to date. Thank you Mahmoud!

My Family and I really enjoyed our time there, the pool and the garden are just amazing. Asal also made sure that we have full privacy and we can ask the guard for help if needed. Will definitely come back to this beautiful Villa when I am back to Egypt 😇

Yasmeen's family are very welcoming, attentive and responsive. I thank them so much. The location of the house is superb, direct access to the lagoon, with a private umbrella. Places are safe. Ahmad and Adoura are very kind and attentive. The house is big and very clean. Yasmeen's family left us the kitchen with everything you need to cook good homemade dishes. My family and I had a wonderful stay - walking to the beach for our kids to play and watch the sunset, plunging into the pool, and enjoying breakfast on the balcony. It was a lovely escape from Cairo and close enough to pop over to Alex for some sight seeing.

Wael is a very nice host. He was like a father for me : asking me if I need something, here when i needed, always communicating with me, finding the beat price for transportation, finding best place to eat... It was very nice to stay at his place. The place is safe, clean, quiet and the view is wonderful. People around are also very wel 9ming and the guard of the building and his son are very nice !It was a real pleasure to stay and I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much Wael !
