Diese renovierte Ferienwohnung (komplett fußbodenbeheizt) ist mit zwei neuen Schlafzimmern und jeweils mit 2 bequemen Boxspringbetten (90 x 200 m) gemütlich ausgestattet. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen großen geräumigen Kleiderschrank mit vielen Ablagefächern und Kleiderbügel (was besonders die Damen erfreuen wird). Das Badezimmer mit Tageslicht ist ausgestattet mit einer großen ebenerdigen Dusche, einem WC sowie einen Waschtisch und Spiegelschrank. Die Küche verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler (im Moment defekt), Backofen, programmierbare Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle sowie Mixer. Sie bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre mit Essbereich und lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Verweilen ein. Von der Küche aus, gelangen Sie direkt auf die großzügige Terrasse. Hier kann selbstverständlich auch geraucht werden. Bei schönem Wetter können Sie gemütlich im Schatten oder in der Sonne z. B. im Strandkorb relaxen, sich sonnen und dabei ins Grüne blicken - Entspannung pur! Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett barrierefrei. Im HWR-Raum steht Ihnen auch für längere Aufenthalte eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, gegen eine kleine Gebühr zur Verfügung. Auch ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind vorhanden. :-) Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrhandtücher sind inklusive. Die Ferienwohnung ist nicht für Haustiere und nicht für Kinder unter 3 Jahren geeignet. Bitte geben Sie bei der Buchungsanfrage stets das Alter der Kinder, die Namen der Mitreisenden an und ob Sie die Unterkunft privat oder dienstlich nutzen.

The whole thing is spanned by a spacious terrace for summer days in the deck chair and sociable evenings at the grill or campfire.

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.
