La Caravella: Lido di Ostia

La Caravella is a charming 70 sqm sea-facing apartment, located on the first floor of a finely renovated building in the historic center of Ostia. It consists of: a living room with sofa and kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, two balconies overlooking the sea. The house is well connected to Fiumicino Airport, Ostia Antica and the center of Rome and is equipped with everything you need to ensure a pleasant stay. The charm of Rome and a beach vacation. This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

We are very centrally located, only a 2-minute walk away from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, center and shops.
