Highly Recommend Beautiful Merumalia Vineyard! Why stay in the bustle of Rome when you can unwind just a short train ride away in beautiful Frascati at the stunning Merumalia Vineyard & Agricultural Society? Enjoy the peace, views, and hospitality of this organic boutique winery. Giulia, along with sister Flavia and mother MariaTeresa, welcomed us warmly to a spacious, comfortable apartment and were incredibly responsive with local tips. We chose Merumalia to end an extended tour thanks to its easy access to Fiumicino Airport. Though we missed the hosted dinner, we loved the fragrant grounds, breathtaking sunsets, and panoramic views of Rome and the surrounding hills. Frascati itself is a gem—full of charm and flavor. Make Merumalia your relaxing base for exploring Rome, and return each day to the serenity of the vineyard.

Milam was a super host great view but far like more than one hour away from city. Milan was a real nice host. Nice experience

Great vacation

What a beautiful property! The family was so nice and Nieve’s suggestions made our time so much richer.

The place is very quiet and has a great view. However, you must count 15/20 minutes of gravel road to reach San Quirico (the nearest village). Paolo provided us with a lot of information about the region as well as the cities he advised us to visit depending on the time we stayed. The accommodation allows you to stay longer thanks to the kitchen and outdoor BBQ (in addition to the activities available: swimming pool, ping pong, petanque etc). Small note: plan to have cash to pay the tourist tax (about €2/day/person).

I had a marvellous stay with Ivan and Louisa! Their home is beautifully located, a 20 minute (or less) walk from the city center, offering stunning views of the mountain and hillside. They were both incredibly hospitable, often greeting me with a cup of coffee or juice and cookies. I am incredibly grateful and blessed to have had the opportunity to stay in their home. I will definitely be back if I ever get the chance!

Beautiful house with a unique view and a comfortable and clean pool for children's fun! Sea 10 minutes away. Short but very positive stay!

What can I say, if I could put more stars on it! Evelina and Maurizio are two beautiful people. We spent a weekend with them and felt right at home. They and their super-footed friends are super welcoming and friendly. The house is beautiful and surrounded by greenery, a wonderful place for those who love nature, animals and tranquility. The room we slept in, with an attached bathroom, was super clean and comfortable, overlooking the garden. Evelina's bread and dessert will be hard to forget! :) We will be more than happy to come back! Highly recommended! 😄

Antonio was a WONDERFUL host! He went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves in his lovely town. Breakfast in the morning was delicious!

I loved this stay the location and the views are stunning. I was in the area for an event and I am very happy that I chose this Airbnb. Marco was very helpful and even suggested many recommendations around the area. I would stay again.

Very nice landlords. Her husband gave us two jump starts because our car battery was broken. Also only 5 minutes from the beach, so all in all a top accommodation.

Overall it was pretty good. The territory is beautiful, people who like to relax in nature would definitely like it, but it is somewhat difficult to get there. The room had everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay at Vladeta's - they offer a rustic, natural and very authentic place to get a taste of high altitude in the mountains of Montenegro. We were lovingly welcomed and our needs (vegetarian dinner) was addressed without problems. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful place. Unfortunately, a lot of mosquitoes in the evening, but the host can't do anything about it. For our taste of impersonal host (welcome on arrival pragmatic, in the evening there was no question if we wanted to have dinner).

I was looking for a quiet place surrounded by greenery and silence and I found it. A cozy and tasteful room, very kind and attentive owner, I will definitely be back.

Everything was just unbelievable from the moment we arrived. The way driving to the top of the mountain was amazing. The jaw dropping panoramic view on the top was absolutely speechless. It was only 3 nights, but Enrico and Danielle made it the greatest! They made wonderful breakfast and dinner for us everyday. Visiting Enrico’s observatory was the most special experience we had that we’ll remember it forever. Luckily we were also able to join a local hiking group to experience the beauty of the mountains even more. And we learned a lot about the surrounding, landscape and Italy from Enrico and Danielle. We just fell in love with Italy even more! Thank you so so so much!!!

An amazing stay for 9 night! Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, lots to do.

We had a wonderful stay with Carlo at his beautiful hotel- it looks like it’s a bit off the main square but my mom and I walked everywhere and didn’t have a problem, we loved how peaceful and quaint the area was! The hotel has a great pool, and Carlo was super helpful arranging transportation and giving local recommendations. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful place, in the green, quiet, spacious and with enchanting views. Great for unplugging. All spaces are functional and designed to be lived at their best. The lights in the pool (beautiful) to stay there even in the evening, the outdoor showers, the dining area with the fire pit. The super equipped kitchen, with all the tools you may need. There were ten of us with three dogs, each with their needs often difficult to satisfy, but this place and Mr. Alfonso, on the other hand, succeeded. Thank you also for the kindness and attention of Mr. Alfonso. It was valuable. We will be back for sure and will definitely recommend it.

A little paradise to unwind and enjoy We were incredibly comfortable from the first moment. Elona and Miri have created a small farm with a lot of attention to detail, which is very quiet and secluded. The rooms are very rustic and simple, even with a small oven and private bathroom. That was exactly our thing :) Fireflies in the dark, fantastic starry sky at night - far away from light pollution, perfect for Milky Way photography. Fresh, regional food prepared with a lot of dedication. In the area: a beautiful lake, hot springs, impressive gorges and even rafting opportunities. Unfortunately, our stay was far too short – we would have liked to have stayed longer. Our recommendation: Stay at least three nights to really enjoy this special place. Note: Arrive with a normal rental car from the west, from the east only with a 4x4 car. Many thanks to Elona and Miri :)))

What can I say? Five stars and more, literally. I haven't seen such a clear starry sky in a long time. The warmth of Francesco's melissa and licorice herbal tea, the house already lit by fire upon our arrival, the view of the stillness of the mountains... the attention to detail. Perfectly equipped kitchen with everything you need, spacious and clean rooms. We would never have left!

Last minute check in. Honestly the nicest , most homey and serene place we have stayed in Italy . We got to experience relaxation, delicious food from the garden, relaxation room, abundance of nature and wonderful hosts. If you want to rejuvenate this is the place. Such a pleasure .
