Holiday rentals with lake access in Aegean Sea

It was a really nice experience from the beginning, communication was very good, Panos replied within minutes! The house is a real gem, perfect location! Privacy with a beautiful balcony looking at the see and you are also 1 minute from a really good small shop, where you can buy anything you might need and is also open on Sundays and non-working days. There are also restaurants within walking distance. Two minutes from the house you can also rent boats. From the balcony you can go down to the sea or walk directly to the village beach which was not crowded at all at the beginning of June. The house is spotless! Everything is very clean, the bathrooms are also really nice and clean, the kitchen is well equipped and also very clean. All appliances were working, no broken fridge or micro! Panos gave us a bottle of orange marmalade which was really nice and was also very delicious! Beds were also good and comfortable. Very much recommended, exactly as advertised with a very good host!

We really enjoyed the house and the fantastic location and surroundings. With the beach on the doorstep and the enclosed garden our children could play wonderfully. The surroundings are beautiful with some restaurants nearby. Maria was very helpful and attentive. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

Mr. Turgut and his mother were friendly... We had a really pleasant and comfortable experience during our stay at the house. The house was even more beautiful and spotless than the photos. All our needs were considered, everything was complete. The host was extremely kind, caring, and welcoming. The only word was great. We really felt at home. Thank you so much for everything. We loved the place: Near the beach and the town centre. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with a view to the mountains. And we walked many of the hiking paths; the first one runs along the house. Zacharias and his wife were generous with information and help. We were a bit surpriced that the three bedrooms was inter-connected: To get to bedroom 2 you had to go through room 1. And room 3 (on the upper side of room 2 and with no own door) had to go through both rooms. But for a group of close friends itworked fine

We spent a pleasant weekend in this beautiful house where we stayed with our friends. Ms. Özlem is very thoughtful, she never lacked interest from the beginning to the end of the process. The house is thoughtfully decorated, with everything you need. Don't think about it for a delightful stay. You will be satisfied with the village of Barbaros, where you can have a peaceful environment and plenty of nature walks. Thank you again, see you again.

Picturesque property with a very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts. A beautiful, remote location with multiple options to swim and hike, Extremely quiet during low season (with so many cats and kittens in the area in need of food and affection!), and a car is required to reach local restaurants and amenities. Wonderful spot, would recommend!

First of all, we would like to thank Ms. Ceren for the opportunity to make memories with our Golden dog in the last 2 days of our Datça holiday. Ms. Ceren made a warm welcome. The house was spotlessly clean and smelled very nice. Every detail was thoughtful. It was very close to the center. We went to the sea in Saklı bay with the advice of Kargı Bay and Ms. Ceren. It was nice to have the parking lot and not to search for a place for the park. The patio concept held in the garden next to the interior design of the house was pleasant. Şükrü’s place is very comfortable and has great views. Communication with Şükrü was great. Apartment was clean. Shower head in the bathroom doesn’t work but we let the caretaker know. I recommend this place as its close to shops, sea, marina, bars and restaurants.

This was my fourth stay at this wonderful flat in Thermi/Thessaloniki, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The apartment is always immaculately clean, and it's clear that the owner goes the extra mile to keep everything in perfect condition — it truly feels like a brand-new space every time I arrive. The decoration is tasteful and modern, with a great attention to detail that creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere. One of my favorite features is the balcony — it’s spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or relax in the evening. The flat is quiet, comfortable, and very well-equipped, with everything you might need during your stay. Communication with the host is always smooth, professional, and friendly. I’ve returned four times for a reason — it’s simply one of the best places to stay in the area. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I’ll definitely be back again!

they were the most perfect people I saw and met, they greeted us with their smiling faces when we entered the house, they smelled immaculately as we entered the house, the house was very clean, as clean as the heart of the ayten sister and Kemal brother, they treated us very well during the holiday, we were not like a host, we were not like our family, we ate together and had conversations together, we designed the house so well, we did not want to go out so nicely, we felt like a lot of people there, they helped us a lot, they took us all the way to the places we could visit, and we introduced those beautiful places, a normal host only looks at the rent, but I'm very happy that I didn't want to leave, but I was very happy that I met such beautiful people until the end.

We had a fabulous stay here in Vouliagmeni for a family wedding. The Great Terrace was a feature, the view was fabulous. There was some construction going on next door which was a slight shame. The apartment was very well located, easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Air conditioning was welcomed with the warm weather and we enjoyed a beverage on the terrace admiring the water views of Vouliagmeni beach. The kids loved the luxury of having their own bedroom. The shower was very small but having 2 toilets was a bonus. There were many stairs to climb to get to the apartment but as a young family that didn’t bother us, the view was worth it! Overall, a wonderful place to stay as a family.

I had such a great time at Doruk‘s place. I loved the apartment, I love Datça and I can’t wait to come back. Doruk and Mehtap were always available, super kind and helpful and I felt super safe and comfortable staying in the place and in general in the whole area as a female traveler on my own. I had a beautiful time at the different beaches and enjoyed cooking in this beautifully designed apartment. Thank you for everything ☀️ Livia

Alexandra is probably the best host we have had so far with Airbnb. She is a kind, responsive and very generous host who you can tell puts a lot of effort into making sure her guests feel at home. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated and was located right on the water front in Apollonas, a small fishing village located to the north of the island. This place is perfect if you’re just looking to relax. Highly recommend!

We had a really lovely stay. Plenty of space, both for being social together and time for our teenagers to also have some privat time. So nice with the private area outside, with good furnitures to enjoy both the morning coffee and meals throughout the day:) We felt so welcome at this place. Thank you💗

Super nice host and great accommodation for the stay in Naxos

Hi, We were delighted to stay in this home, the inside of the house is spotless and pleasant to live in with its 2 terraces. The interior is very clean, the sheets and towels are very clean also impeccable bedding. We were warm when we arrived despite the A/C, it's settled after a few hours once the A/C started and the owner had us deliver a brand new fan by a store. Very responsive owner and attentive to his hosts. Very well located location, access to beaches, just 10 minutes from downtown Kos , nearby the possibility of renting quad bikes or buggy and cars and even bikes and scooters. I would highly recommend

Tholo’s house is a slice of heaven, located in the best (for me at least) location of the island, with a wonderful view of the sea and splendid olive trees all around, not far away from the village but secluded and private, perfect for a romantic stay like ours. Everything in the house has a thoughtful touch, the furniture is refined, the kitchen is nice, the bathroom is a jewel and the terrace is unique. The hosts are well known and loved by everybody in the near village, they answer to each and every question and need you may have in real time and with a kindness hard to find these days. I strongly recommend this place to whomever wants to feel like home while visiting the island! This is a very special place, I hope we’ll be back soon! Forever in my heart ❤️

We had the loveliest stay at aysels home. It almost felt like we would have been part of the family. The house is so beautiful and the terrace and garden so peaceful. They were so friendly and welcoming, we would love to come back!✨

Pleasant home with a beautiful shaded terrace. We had a very functional barbecue that we used (excellent fishmonger at the entrance to the village) We had no neighbors during our stay (very quiet). We really enjoyed our stay and Porto Koufo. Fabienne and Christophe

I have made it my destination almost once a month and I am extremely satisfied. I can go there without hesitation every time as if I am in my own home and it is great to be able to use the facilities easily. It is absolutely wonderful to be in the heart of nature and in a quiet neighborhood. Mrs. Esim's hospitality, the house being exactly the same as in the photos and the clean environment are just a few of the best details.
