Holiday rentals with a patio in Aegean Sea

La mejor del mundo! Super atenta fue por nosotros, nos dio una bebida muy rica! Dejo que dejáramos las maletas antes el lugar está padrísimo te dan ganas de no salir porque lo tiene todo y una vista increíble!!! Simplemente precioso! Sin duda regresaremos! Gracias por todo! 10/10

Very nice apartment, great hosts. Only minor fault would be the location. It is on a very steep inclinewith many steps and the walk back from the amenities below is difficult. Better to walk down and get a taxi back from the Metro station.

We loved Renata’s place! She provided everything we could have needed. The apartment was clean. Easy to get to all the sites, tons of restaurants around. Renata is super responsive and proactive in her communications. She even helped us get a transfer from the airport to her place. It was seamless on our end, though I know she had to do the extra work to make everything come together. We would definitely come back if we are in Athens again. Thank you!!

We loved this location - it was exactly what we wanted, and perfect for the two of us. Monastiraki is a great location - a base for exploring the history of Athens, the busy flea market, plenty of restaurants. Things to bear in mind: this is on the seventh floor at the top of a building, and the lift goes to the sixth floor, but the view is worth the extra stairs; it’s a busy neighbourhood, with lots of night life, so expect to hear some music from the adjacent attic bar, although this really didn’t bother us (shut the windows!). The host was very responsive and exceptionally helpful - we appreciated the guides to neighbourhoods, eating places, etc. All in all we loved the location, the lay-out of the premises, the character of the apartment. We would definitely try to stay here again if available.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

We could not have had a more responsive host! Not only did he solve our elevator problems, he made outstanding recommendations and connections for airport pickup and boat trip. His recs were top notch! The apartment is exactly as pictured and the views are spectacular. I highly recommend booking this apartment and don’t miss the bakery around the corner and great local restaurants. As a host, he went above and beyond to make this stay one of the best Airbnb stays i’ve had. Thank you again for meeting and exceeding our expectation.

Ich kann das Apartment von Gigi zu 100% empfehlen! Die Kommunikation war von Beginn an super, klar und angenehm. Die Einrichtung entsprach den Bildern und wurde durch liebevolle, lokale Produkte (u.a. Honig, Marmelade) ergänzt. Es gab einen täglichen Reinigungsservice und die Lage war zum Erkunden der Insel perfekt. ☺️ Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und immer wieder eine Reise wert!

Öncelikle ev çok temizdi. Çok yardımsever ve sıcak bir şekilde tüm ihtiyaç ve sorulara cevap verildi. Oldukça huzurlu bir yerdi. Sakin ve huzurlu tatil yaşamak isteyen herkese tavsiye ederiz.

Öncelikle Nina…. gördüğüm en tatlı köpek olabilir… zor ayrıldık kendisinden… Ev harika özellikle veranda çok keyifli. İçeride tüm olanaklar mevcut kaç akşam dışarı bile çıkmadık oturup keyif yaptık. Yatak odasındaki projeksiyon çok güzel fikir harika ambians yaratıyor. Söyleyebilecek aksi hiçbir yorumum yok, Temmuz’da tekrar görüşeceğiz :) Ali Bey’in iletişimi çok iyi tanıdığımıza memnun olduk, iyi ki burayı tercih etmişiz.

Pınar Hanımın evi sahile bakan sokakta ve minibüs durağının çaprazında kalıyor Konumu çok güzel . Evi çok beğendik. Yataklar rahat biri çift kişilik diğeri tek kişi için . Terası var üst katta manzarası harika . Ev göründüğü gibiydi . Bulması çok kolaydı . Market, otopark ,sahil restoranlarına ulaşım çok kolay . Biz memnun kaldık . Pınar hanımda bizimle ilgiliydi her konuda yardımcı oldu dönüş sağladı . Teşekkür ederiz.

Our stay at Eleni’s beautiful Greek house was nothing short of magical. One of the highlights was her generosity in supplying fresh vegetables, eggs & olive oil all from her property. We were treated to several delicious authentic local dishes which reflected the region’s rich culinary traditions, and you could taste the freshness in every bite. The house itself was a stunning example of authentic Greek architecture, with charming details that gave it a unique character. The view was breathtaking—panoramic scenes of the sparkling sea and distant islands. Whether enjoying a meal on the terrace or relaxing with a glass of wine, the landscape made every moment special. This stay was more than just a vacation; it felt like an immersion into Greek culture, thanks to the host’s warmth and hospitality. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic & unforgettable experience! The booking process, communication & checkin were seamless. Thanks Manolis & Chris!

7-10 eylül tarihlerinde 3 erişkin bir bebek olarak konakladık. İlk Airbnb deneyimimizdi o yüzden biraz tedirgindik. Bizleri Murat Beyin babası Mehmet Bey karşıladı. Çok iyi karşılandık. Biz biraz dinlendikten sonra Mehmet Bey bize etrafı tanıtmak için 20-25 dk lık bir gezintiye çıkardı. Çok faydalı bir gezinti oldu, etrafta ne var ne yok, nerde ne yiyebiliriz vs anlattı. Önerdiği mekanlardan yiyip içtiklerimizi beğendik gerçekten. Evin konumu çok güzel. Etraf sakin, tabi tam okulların açılma zamanıydı normalde daha hareketli bir yermiş. Ev denize çok yakın, evden çıkıp 3-5 dk da plaja yürünebiliyor. 2km uzunlukta bi plaj var, hem halk plajı var hem de beachler var, deniz kum, uzun süre boyu geçmiyor. Evin hemen aşağısında aqua parklı bir havuz var. Ev fotoraflarda göründüğü gibi, temiz ve düzenli. İhtiyaç duyulacak herşey var. Herhangi bir malzeme eksikliği yaşamadık. Mehmet Bey ve eşi Elif Hanımı çok sevdik. İşletmeci gibi değil ev sahibi gibiler. Bundan sonra sık ziyaret edeceğiz inş

We had an amazing stay in Athens! We had a little trouble getting into the apartment and they came immediately to help us get in! Very responsive anytime we had a question or minor issue! They made this stay so incredible! The place was stunning and we truly wish we had more time here in Athens! They helped with local recommendations and were truly exceptional hosts! Will recommend again and again!

I can’t say enough about this spectacular apartment, its view, and location! Absolutely breathtaking! It’s right in the heart of everything you’d want to see about Ancient Greece in Athens! Short walking distance to the Acropolis and so much more. I would easily stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Fabulous stay for 3 couples. Amazing views, walkable to everything, awesome back porch for late night drinks. GREAT host!

Si estás por reservar, no lo dudes más, reserva y quedate en este apartamento, la ubicación es excelente, la vista de ensueño, lastima que vas a querer quedarte mucho tiempo en el apartamento y no vas a querer salir a pasear por las calles de Atenas. Sin duda no exagero la vista de día es hermosa, pero de noche vas a sorprender. Si estás por tomar la decisión no dudes más y reserva con John. Sino lo haces te vas arrepentir, haceme caso, reserva ya y disfruta de una vista única.

I can't imagine a better place to stay than this apartment in Athens! We will definitely stay again when we are in Athens. It beautifully designed, has all the amenities you need and then some and has the most beautiful balcony with a view of the Acropolis. Plus the host is so kind, helpful and responsive!! We are a family of 4 and it was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect- feels safe, is walkable to the major sights, and also has tons of bars, restaurants, and shopping right outside the door. The unit was very clean (including the hot tub) and there was an AC unit in every room and was very strong, which was great! I would definitely recommend this property.

The place was a great. It was nice to be on a neighborhood a little away from the crowds. It was peaceful on the terrace. There were two really good restaurants within a block and half. Along with some bakeries, coffee shops and mini markets. Made it very convenient! Place was very clean and comfortable.

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.

This place was perfect! It was our first time in Athens. We were unsure where to stay, and this was perfect! A quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all the interactions. We walked everywhere we needed to be. The views were amazing of the acropolis! The place looked exactly as expected from the photos. Far enough away for peace and quiet with so many restaurants and markets right at our feet. Alexandra, our host, was extremely responsive. She helped with many recommendations and also arranged for our transportation from the airport and back to the port when we left. We would definitely stay here again! Loved it ♥️
