Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Aegean Sea

This was a clean, nice place in a good location. I agree with previous comments about taking the garbage out. We had to walk the street with all of our luggage and garbage until we found a garbage can.

This apartment and location were wonderful. The apartment was well described and the location was ideally close to attractions, metro, wonderful restaurants and shopping. The street is quiet and great for relaxing after a busy day of fun. The balcony was beautiful and so fun to sit outside. The hosts were super kind and helpful. We arrived ahead of check-in and they were so accommodating. They met us at the apartment and were unbelievably kind in that they picked up some fresh baked pastries and made us coffee. They responded quickly to our questions and were especially helpful in recommendations and even helped us with some of our needed transportation arrangements. We would return again and again to stay in this location without hesitation. I can recommend these hosts and location without any reservation.

The home was wonderful and felt right at home with it. It was very close to Plaka and was walkable to the main attractions and restaurants we wanted to try. In addition even thought it was in the middle of everything it felt very secluded and secure.

A true hidden gem. Niki’s place felt more like home than my own home. It was cozy, had everything one might need, and the view of the acropolis was stunning.

We stayed here for two nights and we absolutely loved it! Location is perfect—just about a 15-ish minute walk or less to amazing restaurants, the acropolis/Parthenon, and public transportation if needed. Amazing 360 views of Athens on the terrace, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or coffee to relax. The AirBnb was super clean and had almost everything you need. We highly, highly, highly recommend staying here if you have the chance!!

Miltos was very responsive and helpful. The taxis were on strike when we arrived but he arranged to pick us up from the port. He met us at the Apt, walked us through all the details and provided local recommendations. The Apt is in the middle of Plaka, in the heart of the restaurants and shopping. Is 3 min walk from the acropolis entrance. Place is safe and very comfortable. Thank you.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful! The hosts also communicated really clearly and gave great recommendations. It’s a very lively neighborhood and does have music into the late hours at night. But nothing a pair of noise cancelling headphones can’t solve

Fantastic Airbnb experience from start to finish, Kleio has excellent communication, super friendly and helpful, the apartment is beautiful, very thoughtfully designed and contains everything you could ever think of for a home from home. I would recommend to anyone and would certainly book again got our next trip to Athens.

a lovely home, very large space ,lots of room, very close to shops and team. only heads up everyone should know is, parking is 4 lanes away. the house is on 3 levels, ground has the living room ,1 bedroom and one full bathroom, the attic has a lovely room but no bathroom, basement has the kitchen ,a wc and a dining area with an outdoor seating. so better be aware of these arrangements, it worked out for us as we were a family of 4. everything else about the place is lovely. it was a lovely stay there.

We were looking for a place in Babakale overlooking the sea. For us, having a sea view on the terrace of the house as far as the eye can see. And of course, the terrace, the courtyard on the lower floor, the spaciously positioned in the courtyard, the fact that it has 2 rooms and huge double beds in its rooms made us love the house a lot; think of it as a village house, but the texture is beautifully designed without spoiling. I can say that there is a washing machine dryer, kitchen supplies, everything is inside. I think the only thing to consider is the cats. It is not suitable for those who have allergies or do not like cats because if you fire them from the door, they enter through the chimney in the 😇 courtyard, on the terrace, everywhere and are very demanding. Of course, we didn't have any problems because we love cats. The house, on the other hand, made me happy and amazed me to the extent that I would like to come back and stay in Babakale. Ms. Neylan responded quickly every time we wanted to reach her and pleased us with her kindness. Thank you.

Great location with restaurants across the street. Great for groups who want to be under the same roof but also want to have their own space in different apartments. There are 3 apartment and each apartment is equipped with a bathroom which made getting ready easy for us 4 ladies. The top 1st floor apt ‘Harmonia’ is very modern, with two twin beds in one room and a Queen size in the other room, kitchen with a cute pink fridge and very modern bathroom. Then there’s the basement apartment ‘Erato’ with a twin sized bed in one room and a queens sized bed in the adjacent room. Living room with tv as well. This apartment has had a switch which you had to flip about 30 mins before taking a shower so you can heat the water, which was a little inconvenient but wasn’t such a deal breaker. The basement apartment’s shower is tricky, had to turn knobs and a contraption on the faucet you had to move up and down to make it go from faucet to shower. Then there’s the studio apt ‘Aegle’ which is small

The accommodation was impeccably comfortable and in a convenient quiet location. Filyo was willing, polite and always willing to help. The wonderful view and the beautiful pool made our stay special. We will definitely choose it again and recommend it to others. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful stay! Too short! Absolutely loved the location! Beautifully decorated and cozy inside and out! Loved the outside patio! As others have said, it is a spiral staircase up to bedroom. A fantastic location!! Great restaurants, easy to walk everywhere! Book it!

What do I say? The contact with Ileana was benevolent and super warm from the beginning. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She sent travel recommendations in advance and constantly asked if she could be of any help. I found everything as described in the house. And it was really all to my taste. I would live in a similar way. I felt very comfortable there. Due to the road being busier than expected, it was sometimes a little louder due to the traffic. Cozy and luxurious stay. Easy access to the metro nearby to see Athens. As well as small but vibrant social areas and restaurants nearby. Host was exceptional, attentive to our every need as they arose. Nice guy.

My son and I had two nights at Constantines place. He was very approachable and we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment before checking in and once it was ready for us his cleaner kindly texted us that it was ready. Constantine gave great recommendations and we were very happy with the taxi driver he recommended, Spartacus, and also a local cafe Loukas which was excellent. It’s a nice neighbourhood, we visited the Greek War Museum and were able to walk there in under 5 minutes, it’s also close to the Metro. The apartment itself wants for nothing- it’s got all mod cons, is very comfortable, lovely balcony, blackout blinds, great decor and Constantine has thought of everything. Delighted with our stay, wish it could have been longer- but hopefully we will be back, and highly recommend!

The place was great for our family, very spacious with plenty of room for all of us! It was close to everything as well and had a beautiful view of the acropolis from the balcony.

If you’re thinking about visiting Athens, make sure to stay in Kolonaki in this beautiful apartment! You will love the cozy feel but modern finishings, the beautiful large balcony with views is a big bonus. The apartment is very clean, and also has essentials in the kitchen for your stay. The host is always there to answer questions and is responsive. The locked door to the lobby and keys kept in locked boxes adds to the feeling of security. We would stay again!

Place was super clean and exactly like the photos. Bus and metro stops are 5 mins away, so getting around is easy. Main spots like the Acropolis and port are a bit far, but manageable. Manos was extremely helpful, gave solid local tips, and let us check in early — really appreciated that.

I can highly recommend to stay here. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night. By foot you could reach the tram and also walk to the center of Athens within 10-15 min. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

Great flat, matches the description and photos. Easily walkable to the Acropolis and Plaka. Main road is not noisy in the flat but excellent access to rental cars, taxis and buses (down Piraeus). Would recommend.
