Holiday rentals with a pool in Aer

Massimo's place was perfect. The space is very comfortable and spacious. We felt right at home. Beautiful view from the balcony! The house is in a nice area, very quiet. We went for enjoyable walks near waterfall to round off the evenings. There is a pizzaria and a small shop nearby. The waterfall is 20 minutes walk, which we enjoyed doing and you have some hiking trails nearby. Finally, Massimo was a fantastic host! Very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the place!

We had a very nice few days. We'll be back! Davide was always available and very helpful.

We were in the holiday villa for the second time. As with the first time, we can only recommend the house. Beautiful view of Lake Garda, great pool and spacious house. We felt very comfortable again. Small recommendation for the equipment: In the kitchen a toaster would be great and for the grill a grill brush is missing for cleaning (at least we did not find one), otherwise everything you need is available. Many thanks also to Sabatino for his help on site!

Elena s place was awesome, great house, fantastic outside area with superb swimming pool and BBQ area.The house is very private and secure with great views especially from the upstairs balcony.Elena and Svetlana where very kind to allow us an early check in and late check out, wonderful hosts.There is a beautiful village square about 10 minutes walk with fantastic restaurants, 5 minutes to the lake which is stunning with great facilities, we will definitely return, Many thanks

Lovely house. Much nicer in real life than in pictures. Nice to have a garden/terrace and pool for relaxing. Quiet location. A few nice restaurants 10 min walk. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house.

We enjoyed this beautiful house a lot. It has all you need , everything was clean and comfortable and Renata who welcomed us was always so helpful and quick to respond! Our little dog felt like home from the first moment on! We would always like to come back again ! Thanks for having us!

We felt right at home. A beautiful area near the lake, yet very quiet and you could switch off well. The pool had exactly the right temperature that we even had to jump in once right after arrival. The car is parked behind the house where there is hardly any sun, which is perfect, because the car was not so hot. The furnishings and cleanliness of all things was mega and the idea with the wine cellar converted to a shop was the highlight anyway. We had a wonderful stay at Nicola's place. The space was outstanding and the view was a dream. The place is a little elevated and we recommend a car to go to Bardolino. Bardolino is also great with children and dog. It has a dog playground and lots of options for kids. The highlight was the little stroll.

Couple both 65 years old, stay in early May 2025 The accommodation has a perfect location slightly above Garda , with a sensational view of Lake Garda. the entire complex consists of 10 apartments with pool and is very well maintained . The apartment was perfectly clean, new and everything as described was there . You need a car for shopping or going to Garda. Mr. Massimo is a very friendly host and also gave us restaurant tips. Wow! A great apartment with beautiful lake view in a relaxed but busy town with plenty of high quality restaurants. the apartment had everything you could need and we were able to have breakfast and lunch in every day. we even could have cooked dinner but chose to eat out. Lovely pool area shared between only 5 or 6 apartments so very quiet and clean. We also had access to sun loungers. Parking space in garage was ideal. Lorena was a fantastic host with very quick responses. she even left a beautiful bottle of local wine. A great trip for my wife's 30 birthday - thank you!

Breathtaking location, accommodative amd responsive host. We will definitely come back. Finding and driving to the place is doable but can be difficult if you don't plan ahead. Use google maps on satellite mode, the roads and directions will be easier to understand. Roads are tight but it is definitely worth the journey!

Wonderful stay! Great location!

Stay was very nice. Communication and check IN was excellent. Location is fine but far away from the lake, but view all the more beautiful. Cleanliness is limited as well as the amenities. Unfortunately, they had an ant. Ants came out of the joints of the tiles in the house. All around a very nice house but not quite agreeable with the price.

We had a really nice time. It is very quiet and serene up in the mountains. Some helpful tips: bring basic supplies such as salt, oil, sugar, etc. / The pool is open until October 1st

Great location, walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. The pool was awesome and well maintained! Both kitchens could use a few more glasses, plates, and some cutlery. We enjoyed our stay, clean and comfortable and would definitely stay again in the same place.
