Spending the night with us is a unique experience that brings you peace of mind and lets you taste the essence of nature. Old entrance gates and courtyards make this perfect entirely. Our concept is simple, harmonious and full of energy for those who are open to (re)discovering the balance of life.

The house was renovated in 2017. It is a semi-detached, single storey-building, situated next to the house of the owners. It has a separate entrance. The house has a living room with open kitchen, access to a terrace with a spendid view of the countryside and a well equipped bathroom with rainshower, a double bedroom with a separable double bed (160 cm) and a smal 1-person bedroom with a single bed. The house is suitable for 3 persons. There is a couch-spare bed in the lounge.

Studio no. 4: Modern studio on the edge of the dunes

Kom overnachten in een moderne en stijlvolle studio met duinzicht vlakbij het Zandvoortse strand. Aan de rand van de Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen ligt deze stijlvolle design studio voor 2 personen. De studio geeft vrij uitzicht op de duinen en ligt op een steenworp afstand van het strand (1400 m) en het centrum (1000 m) van Zandvoort. Een design studio van alle gemakken voorzien: queen size boxspring (160x200), compacte woonkeuken, badkamer, privé terras en airconditioning.

Op loopafstand van centrum, de zee en het station. De ambiance van het dorp geeft direct een vakantiegevoel. Dagje stad!? gemakkelijk met het openbaar vervoer! Boekingen liefst voor 2 nachten of meer, voor 1 nacht kan in overleg. Tarief vanaf 26/6/2026 is inclusief Airbnb service kosten, exclusief toeristenbelasting.

In the middle of the bulb region, close to the train station, you can stay in our cozy basement with private access and parking. You can relax here! There are drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine ready for you. There are many possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer. The cities of Haarlem (10 min.), Leiden (12 min.) and Amsterdam (31 min.) are easily accessible by train. On request, I will be happy to prepare breakfast for you. (€30 for 2 people)

Geniet van dit paradijsje met eigen ingang en gratis parkeerplaats. Gelegen op een unieke locatie tussen zuidstrand en National Park. De moderne, lichte suite biedt alle comfort voor 2 personen en is uitgerust met een queensize boxspring (160x200), koelkast, waterkoker, wifi en luxe Nespresso voor een heerlijke koffie in de ochtend. De badkamer is voorzien van alle luxe, met inloopdouche, toilet en wastafel. Voor de suite is een eigen terras met zitje en ochtendzon.

Cosi private boutique room with bedroom and kitchen island close to the sea, centre and train station. Floor heating system and kitchen with induction plate, refridgerator and combi microwave. Bathroom with walk in rain shower. Only 500 meters from the sea and 50 meters to Restaurant and shop. A private patio is available for outside breakfast/diner. The garden can be closed off and the Jacuzzi (39°C) and Sauna can be booked for a part of the day.

SUN studio is located directly at the sea and dunes. You can enjoy sunrise over the dunes and sunset in the sea from your studio. Seating area: sea and kite zone view. Double bed (160x200): dune view. Kitchenette: microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and refrigerator (no stove/pans). Bathroom: bath and rain shower. Separate toilet. Balcony. Own entrance. Beds made, towels, WIFI, Netflix included. No pets dogs. Parking for free.
