Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Beautiful garden suite with free parking

With pride and pleasure, I rent a 2-person garden suite in my outdoor accommodation separately from my house in Heemstede including use of a private bathroom (completely renewed in Dec 2022). There is free on-site parking and there is a private terrace. Heemstede Aerdenhout train station is just across the street, and you can rent bikes in Zandvoort or Haarlem. It is a 5-minute train ride to Haarlem and a 23-minute train ride to Amsterdam. Relax in this peaceful, stylish outdoor room.

"The Green Lodge": nature, culture and coziness

A cozy, detached guesthouse with its own entrance and its own (free) parking space. Location: On a quiet road and track (little nuisance), close to forest and nature: 500 meters east is a large forest and 500 meters west the dunes begin. Distances: Station 1.5 km (Haarlem 5 min.Amsterdam 20 minutes and Leiden 14 minutes); Zandvoort (beach+circuit) 7 km; Heemstede 1.7 km; Keukenhof 10 km; Haarlem 4.5 km. Very suitable for culture lovers as well as for hikers and cyclists.

Near beach, 20 train-min from A’dam. Free bike-use

The house was renovated in 2017. It is a semi-detached, single storey-building, situated next to the house of the owners. It has a separate entrance. The house has a living room with open kitchen, access to a terrace with a spendid view of the countryside and a well equipped bathroom with rainshower, a double bedroom with a separable double bed (160 cm) and a smal 1-person bedroom with a single bed. The house is suitable for 3 persons. There is a couch-spare bed in the lounge.

Riverside House near city centre Haarlem

Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

In a beautiful, rustic setting though still in the city of Haarlem (30 min. of A'dam) this 40m2 tiny house is situated. Hidden behind the river 'Spaarne' on the quiet Zuid Schalkwijkerweg with its own driveway, entrance and fully equipped, inclusive fast internet and Netflix. Ideal for a holiday breakaway. Here you'll have the luxury of a private cottage with a small patio to sit and the tranquility of a village. All complied to the COVID-19 safety and hygiene practices.

In the middle of the bulb region, close to the train station, you can stay in our cozy basement with private access and parking. You can relax here! There are drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine ready for you. There are many possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer. The cities of Haarlem (10 min.), Leiden (12 min.) and Amsterdam (31 min.) are easily accessible by train. On request, I will be happy to prepare breakfast for you. (€30 for 2 people)

Holiday Home Yuki

City tax is: €3.30 p.p. The corner house consists of 3 floors. The vacation home is located under our house, the guests have their own entrance and a garden with a shed, and another cozy seating area. For the sake of clarity: we only have a living space of 40 m2, including sleeping space, living space and open kitchen and bathroom with a sliding door. We have 1 bedroom, standard from 2 people. There is a folding bed for a third person (200 cm×90 cm). Thank you.
